The villa is located on the island of Korcula, in the town of the same name. The island is part of the southern Dalmatian archipelago, and is approximately half way between the cities of Dubrovnik and Split. Korcula has a mild Mediterranean climate and enjoys approximately 3000 hours of sunshine per year. The island is unspoiled with an abundance of secluded places to swim in its clear sea, and it is the most densely forested of Croatia’s islands. Korcula is also a famous wine and olive oil making district. Korcula Old Town is a miniature Dubrovnik, only cheaper and with less tourists. It is renowned for its history and architecture, and for being the birth place of Marco Polo.
1 BEDROOM APARTMENT:
The newly renovated, air conditioned 1 bedroom apartment sleeps up to 3 people. It is self contained with its own private entrance and balcony with 180 degree water views. The balcony has a retractable sun cover, a wooden table, chairs and lounge chairs. Here you can sunbathe, watch your children swim in front of the house, or dine al fresco under the stars. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, shelves and an opening window. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, spacious shower, heater and hairdryer. The self catering apartment has a fully equipped kitchen/living room with cupboards, sink, fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV/satellite, dining table, chairs, fold out sofa and double doors that open out onto the balcony.
We also have a 2 bedroom apartment and 2 self contained twin rooms to rent.
All guests have free unlimited access to the private jetty/dock and barbeque area. Parking and mooring for boats cost extra.
We organize boat and mountain bike rental, excursions, fishing trips and airport transfers at a reasonable price. Free arrival pick up and departure drop off from Korcula Town. If traveling by car we provide directions and parking. We pride ourselves on providing our guests with all of the extra information, recommendations and services they could possibly need, to ensure that their stay with us is a very memorable and enjoyable experience.
Korcula’s central location makes it the ideal base to go on day trips to:
Split, Medugorje, Dubrovnik, Drvenik, Hvar, Mljet, Lastovo, Peljesac and the islands of the Korcula channel.

We had a great stay at Korcula Waterfront accomodation - the apartment was lovely, with a great view and balcony, in a fantastic location near the town but also next door to a good restaurant. Antonia and Paulina looked after us brilliantly.
A relaxing stay on a beautiful island.

Paulina and antonio are extremely good hosts, very helpful and willing to do what they can to make the experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Accomodation is located a 15 minute walk from the Centre and look out to a lovely inlet from the sea. An ideal base for this area.

The best thing you can do is follow the recommendations of Paulina. She and her husband take care of you, tell you about the best restaurants to eat, the best places to visit, the best plans to do...
No doubt, the best way to enjoy Korcula is with Paulina and antonio.
The most charming accommodation

We stayed at Paulina and Antonio's lovely apartment
in the summer of 2009 and had the most wonderful
experience. First, there was a problem with our
booking elsewhere and Paulina was kind enough to
let us arrive a day earlier than arranged and save
us a night in the bedroom of a 12 year old girl
(the daughter of the inn owner who gave away the
room we reserved...). That was the start. Upon
arrival, we found a beautiful, tastefully designed
and squeaky clean apartment that looked over a
charming, little canal. Paulina and Antonio took
wonderful care of us, picking us up and taking us
to the ferry, buying ferry tickets for us and
giving us excellent recommendations about the
area's attractions and restaurants. We rented one
of their boats one day and took a pair of bicycles
the other day and had the most wonderful time. We
had stayed-in one night and had all the needed
amenities to cook a lovely dinner, which we ate on
the spacious balcony (which included a comfortable
table with chairs and two lounging chairs). In
short, I highly recommend Korcula Waterfront
Accommodation and can think of no downside to the
gold coast australia
