The waterfront villa is in an exclusive and quiet neighborhood, less than... a 10 minute stroll from Korcula Old Town and the town center. It is quite close so that everything is easily accessible, but just far enough so you can enjoy peace and privacy. Located in the closest bay to Korcula Old Town, the villa boasts 180 degree views of the sea, forests and mountains. Situated only 5 meters from the sea, you can swim in front of the villa off the private jetty, or there are many beaches in the area. The nearest sand beach is 300m away, or you can hire a boat and explore the 22 islands just off Korcula. The property is nestled amongst pine and cypress forests, and is a great place for bush walking and cycling.

DESTINATION:
The villa is located on the island of Korcula, in the town of the same name. The island is part of the southern Dalmatian archipelago, and is about half way between Dubrovnik and Split. Korcula has a Mediterranean climate with approx. 3000 hours of sunshine per year. The island is unspoiled with an abundance of secluded places to swim in its clear sea, and is the most densely forested of Croatia’s islands. Korcula is a famous wine and olive oil making district. Korcula Old Town is a miniature Dubrovnik, only cheaper and with less tourists. It is renowned for its history and architecture, and for being the birth place of Marco Polo.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
THE VILLA CONSISTS OF:
- A 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 3 people. It is self contained with a private entrance and balcony with 180 degree water views. The balcony has a retractable sun cover, a wooden table, chairs and lounge chairs. Here you can sunbathe, watch your children swim in front of the house, or dine al fresco under the stars. The apartment bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, shelves and an opening window. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower, heater and hairdryer. The self catering apartment has a fully equipped kitchen/living room with cupboards, sink, fridge/freezer, oven, cook top, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV/satellite, dining table, chairs, fold out sofa and double doors that open out onto the balcony.
- A newly renovated, air conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment sleeps 5 people. (The same as above, but with an extra bedroom with double bed and an extra bathroom with shower.)
- 2 newly renovated, self catering twin rooms. Each room is self contained with a private entrance and private bathroom. Each room sleeps 2 people with 2 single beds that can be joined together. The rooms have an opening window, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a kettle. The bathrooms have a cupboard, sink, toilet, shower and heater.
All guests have unlimited access to the private jetty/dock and barbeque area. Parking and mooring for boats cost extra.
SERVICES:
Boat and bike rental, excursions, fishing trips and airport transfers cost extra. Free arrival pick up and departure drop off from Korcula Town. If traveling by car we offer directions and parking. We provide our guests with extra information, recommendations and services to ensure that their stay is a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Korcula’s central location makes it the ideal base to go on day trips to:
Split, Medugorje, Dubrovnik, Drvenik, Hvar, Mljet, Lastovo, Peljesac and the islands of Korcula's channel.
We highly recommend our stay in Kortula. All our needs were meet. Our hosts were so obliging and went behond all expections to make our holiday memorable. Our plan is to go back one day.

What a fantastic stay we had with Paulina and Antonio ,right from the start when Paulina picked us up from the ferry nothing was to much trouble .Located on a little canal just an easy stroll from the town centre The self contained apartment we stayed in was spotless with all required amenity and a good view of the water and forest surroundings from the balcony.We hired one of Antonio"s little boats and had a great day cruising around and using the complimentary snorkeling gear .Paulina , Antonio and Monty (the dog)are fantastic hosts and made our stay in Korcula truly memorable we will be Back .
