Boka Bay, the only fiord on the Mediteranien, was added to the list of twenty five the most beautiful bays in the world.
The bay is surrounded by high mountains, and nearby are the beautiful beaches Jaz, Trsteno, Blue Horizons, Dražin vrt…
For its unique beauty, and mixture of different cultures, Kotor entered the list of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Kotor is settled more than two thousand years ago.

We offer beautiful apartment which is situated in the heart of the village of Dobrota just 1,5 km from the old town Kotor. The apartment is among the second line of sea-front houses, against a small, sandy beach. Attractive Mediterranean ambiance and small beaches make it an ideal place for rest and recreation
In a natural and peaceful surroundings we offer you a pleasant stay in our apartments which are by their location predisposed to give you both active and relaxing vacation.

The apartment has 120 m2 and has a three bedroom. One bedroom has a French double bed and a single bed. Other two bedrooms has two single beds. All of bedrooms are air-conditioned. This apartment is also equipped with a complete kitchen,dining room which includes a click-clack sofa that can be a bed for two people, cable TV, internet connection, air-conditioning, iron and ironing board, hot and cold water 24 hours, baby cot, large private balcony and all other essential facilities.There is also our own parking place.
The restaurant is 100 m and the supermarket is 200 m away from our apartment.

Our apartment is located about 2 km away from the old town of Kotor, only 20 meters away from the sea of Kotor Bay, 7 km away from Airport Tivat, 80 km away from Airport Podgorica, 75 km away from Airport Dubrovnik and 17 km from the city of Perast with it's spectacular Barouque churches and palacies.

From this location it is also easy to organize day-trips to the Lovćen National Park 20 km away, Durmitor National Park 175 km away, the Lake Skadar National Park 60 km away, Ostrog monastery 100 km away and the old city of Dubrovnik 80 km away. The famous sandy beaches of Jaz and Plavi Horizonti are 20 minutes' drive from the apartment.

For our guests we can organize travel tours, excursions and transfer. Also we can organize excursion by boat and rafting on Tara river.
