Description from the owner
Our apartments are situated on the sea front of one of the most beautiful bays in the world, Bay of Kotor, in a quiet and relaxing area (Dobrota, Kriva ulica bb).
Only a few steps from the beach ( concrete or sand), with sun beds and parasols free of charge, ideal for children, with outdoor shower, outdoor grill, parking place.
Each apartment has 45m2 and consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. We offer lcd tv in each room, air conditioning, water supply 24 hours per day.

We liked the apartment and found everything faultless. It is only right on the sea with a beautiful view. We were only 10 minutes by car from the centre of Kotor and there was parking at the apartment. The owners were friendly and helpful so we enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return.

The apartment was exactly what it said it was. It was clean and we never had problems with electricity or hot water supply. The owners were very friendly and helpful when we asked for anything. And we loved the area. There is a good local restaurant nearby too.

Both my wife and I are no fans of vacation at the sea as it has proved to be too boring for us. However, this time the primary goal was to get good swimming and benign sunbathing for our 1.5 year old daughter. Still, we wanted something that would be special for us two as well. The Matkovic family apartment, which looked pretty and unconventional, seemed to suit our needs. In reality, it turned out to surpass our expectations and appeared as a truly unique, marvelous place to stay.
Every resort at the sea is about swimming, so this aspect goes first. The apartment features a de-facto private beach which is never crowded and provides a hideaway atmosphere. It's a pleasure to have the sea literally 10 meters away from the house. The water is clean thanks to roundstone floor and the fact that people are spread across lengthy narrow shore, so that nobody puddles the water. I would say that low density of vacationers due to the landscape is what distinguishes the Kotor bay area.
Matkovic family is really benevolent and offers exclusive hospitality and service. To name a few instances, the family basically saved our baby when she got poisoned after a sightseeing drive, arranging us a timely visit to the local doctor as our insurance company was quite useless. The family also helped with all the formalities and car rental. Also, the apartment is cleaned very attentively. The interior itself is orderly and smart. Surrounding infrastructure is quite developed with 4 restaurants and 2 shops within 10 minutes' walk and a small gym available at a tiny 5-star hotel next door. A parking slot is just opposite the apartment.
There are many nice places for sightseeing around. In close proximity there are towns of Kotor and Perast, ones further away are Cetinje, Budva and Herceg Novi. Moving around by car is quite easy, there's an aTM in nearly every town, the food is great and prices are reasonable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and feel very grateful to Matkovic family.

Best vacation ever!!!Very relaxing and much more than we expected to get.
From the apartment to the beach you have literally 5m. Temperature of the
sea was around 27°C, and the sun set after 8 p.m. Fascinating view.Would
recommend to everyone.
