Described as luxury but was fairly average. The staff from the agency and the concierge people in the building were all great though and very helpful. The location was good, close to shops, coffee bars, nice restaurants etc. It was also very secure and the visability of private security firms in Krakow suggest this is an issue. Main critisim was it was a bit over priced and poor quality furnishings etc for the money and 'luxury' description.

Very nice modern apartment with all mod cons. Secure building in nice neighborhood. Easy walking distance to center of town, grocery store also close. Will recommend to my travelling friends but more care needs to be taken with cleaning and maintenance - dusty floors, missing curtain in bedroom and no sheets for livingroom fold out couch.

The modern apartment is located in a new block of flats, 10 minutes on foot from the main square, with free internet access and tv with foreign channels. At 300 zloty per night for a family it was a good choice.

Thank you AAA, we had a great stay and apartments we were staying at were fantastic. A real home away from home, you have a great staff (including doorman who was also very helpful), apartments are located close to the Old Town and very comfortable. Will recommend you to our friends, see you!

The cooperation from AAA Krakow staff was exceptional. At times I had some special requirements and they were always upto the task and ready to help. The apartments were in perfect condition, clean, all the utilities were available. The special feature about Atlantis 1 is its location. So close to the town centre, retail stores closeby, everything is in walking distance, even those looking for nature walks should find this property a delight as Wistula riverwalk is quite close by - 10 mins from the apartment. I had a delightful experience during my stay.

The apartment is well equipped, very clean with pleanty of room to sleep 4 people.
The service was excellent, very friendly but not pestering.
The location is perfect.
Would definately stay again if I vist Krakow. -

This apartment certainly lived up to its reviews. Only 10 mins walk from the Market Square but in a quiet neighbourhood. AAA Apartments office is situated on the ground floor which makes it very easy to ask for advice or book trips. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful and more luxurious than we're use to at home! It was handy having a washing machine although something to hang washing on to let it dry would be useful. Plenty supermarkets, a baker's shop and coffee shop all within two minutes of the front door. Only complaint - heavier curtains in the bedroom would be good. We hope to be back!

Cosy, hassle free apartment in a brand new building. Security is also a strong point of this apartment. Well-worth the money spent!
