Just back from a 4 night stay in the atlantis 3 apartments in Krakow with some friends and it was wonderful. Apart from loving Krakow itself our whole experience with the apartment was wonderful. We had an early flight so arrived early into krakow and unfortunately our apartment wasn't ready but the driver contacted the apartment office and delivered us there.They stored our luggage for us and we were able to head out and get our bearings and get something to eat. Then they phoned us and we returned to the office and they had a taxi waiting to take us the short distance to the apartment. All this was done very efficiently by Greg, a very pleasant nice guy. At the apartment we were met by anna, another very pleasant and helpful staff member, who showed us around and went through all the details with us. I would also add that they sorted out our tours to auschwitz/Birkenau and the Saltmines and our taxi to and from the airport. Nothing seemed a problem to them. The apartment was lovely. Clean spacious modern and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was about 7 mins walk to the main square but really easy to find. Around the corner there is a supermarket for the necessities like milk bread etc and also 2 really nice restaurants which we ate in. The other thing I liked about the apartment block was that there was a 24 hour receptionist and it was very safe. I would highly recommend this apartment and the company aAa Krakow who manages the building to anyone thinking of visiting Krakow. And I would definitely stay no where else if i was to go back there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's close to the city centre and provides a great base for exploring the area. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything we needed, including free wifi. I will definitely be recommending this to friends.

We spent four days with our three teenagers in Krackow and really enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the main square. It was well equipped, clean and spacious with a 24 hour concierge. Our aAa representative met us on arrival and provided us with a 24 hour mobile number to contact. Krackow is a lovely city, well worth a visit and good value.

Very pretty and convenient appartment. Good location.
Maintenance : the bathroom door is to be reviewed, it does not close properly.
Information : we did not know what to do with the garbadge. As we stayed 2 days it was not a serious problem. -

I was traveling with my wife, my son, and my other son with his fiance. The person who greeted us left us with a bad taste. She was in a rush and my wife was very unhappy with her lack of helpfulness, consideration, and compassion. The apartment was nicely decorated and pretty clean. The Wi-Fi did not work with either of the passwords supplied and nobody could help rectify the problem. My son was able to log-on to a neighbor's system and therefore we had access to the internet. The location was very good. It was a short walk to the city center while also being in a quiet neighborhood. There was always a porter at the front desk and all doors locked. There was never a concern regarding safety, but it was nice to have the security anyway. Towels were small, thin, and hard. The only TV was located in the living room and was a nice flat screen. It worked well. There were no channels in English though. All of the appliances worked properly, but be aware that there is no clothes dryer. On the second day, I need to use a printer and a scanner to deal with business from overseas. I went to their office in the city center and the people there could not have been more friendly and helpful. They were all just wonderful and allowed me to get everything completed in a short period of time. They were great and I really appreciated the fact that they allowed me to use their computer, printer, and scanner. All in all, we were happy with our choice of lodging in Kracow. We stayed for 5 nights.

The apartment is superb and has every comfort. It is quiet, secure and close to the centre.However, it would be useful to have a page of useful instructions on how to use the dishwasher, washing machine, DVD and TV. The internet router did not work but we managed to connect to the one next door. You were not able to help us with this. I would also like to have known that someone would come in to clean - I had left valuables out.

the service was very good, as originally we booked the Royal appartments but these had been damaged by a flood and we were taxied to the atlantis appartments which were first class very modern and clean and very secure. the appartment was also very convenient for the square etc. and restaurants.

I initially booked a studio apartment however a few day before arriving in krakow I received an e-mail in which they let me know I had been upgraded-free of charge-to this stunning two bed flat.
Atlantis 3 is simply the best flat I have ever stayed in Krakow situaded in a premiun location a few steps away from the main square.

AAA Krakow apartments were waiting for us when we arrived. A thorough introduction to the property was useful. The aprtmnet was a nice size for 4 people, modern, clean and very well furnished (exactly as described on the website)
The location was in a quiet street only 5 mins from the main square with its excellent choice of restaurants and bars.
I would certainly recommend this over and above a hotel any time. Much more private and better value. -

Service was very good(at hand if we needed advice or bookings) The apartment was very well equipped, furnished and decorated beautifully. It was however a little grubby in places, however a good clean and this place would be perfect for any sort of getaway. The location is good (10 min walk to centre)and its close to a nearby supermarket and bakery. Overall i was very happy with the apartment and i would def recommend it to others

A group of 4 stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. We arrived at around 9am and were able to check in early so had no messing around with bags. Apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We had ordered a welcome pack so were able to make a sandwich and have a drink without having to leave, though as it happened the shop was only round the corner. The staff in the office downstairs were very helpful and booked us in on a trip to auswitchz with only a days notice. Would definitley book with them again.

Really enjoyed our stay in Krakow. Apartments were simply amazing, however the guy on the reception desk didnt speak a word of English so be warned if you want to leave the key with him or ask for directions, dont bother.
Apartments are really close to the main square.
Only problem we encounted was the transfer back to the airport, we were under the impression we had paid for a return transfer however the price we were quoted was each way, so just a warning to check your transfer is both ways!Response from AAA Krakow Apartments - 03/30/2010

Unfortunately the concierge is not an employee of AAA Krakow Apartments. He is employed by the administration of the building in which we have our properties, therefore we have no influence on the fact that he didn't speak English. However our office is just by the door and is open from 9 am till 8 pm, so we are always open to help our guests during their stay.
With the transfer, I think it was just a misunderstanding that we haven't experienced before. No one booking with us before thought it is a price for round trip.

We stayed in Atlantis 3 as a group of 2 couples, both double bedrooms are a great size, and the living area is really spacious. The apartment is modern in style and well maintained, all the facilities we needed for a short stay. It is in a great location, just 5 minutes from the main square (close enough to walk into but the benefit of being in a quiet neighborhood). Local mini-market just around the corner which was great for the basics. The apartment felt secure with 24hr porter, and the office staff are really friendly and helpful.

As 2 girls on a week long break in Krakow we wanted something that would give us plenty of space and that would afford us a bedroom each.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and warm with plenty of hot water. The location is very quiet but within easy walking distance from the old town and all attractions. (5-10 mins depending on how fast you walk)
Booking was easy, the staff helpful and they answered my email questions in full very promptly.
Check in and out was very efficient too. Free broadband was a real bonus.
I would really recommend this apartment for anyone - it would fit 4 people very comfortably. -

Just a few minutes' walk to the main square, a number of small supermarkets nearby and lots of handy restaurants, this was a great place to stay. It was a real bonus being above the company's main office too as staff were on hand to arrange day trips and help us with transfer to the airport etc. They couldn't have been more helpful - highly recommended.

We enjoyed everything about our stay in Krakow at AAA. The apartment was great. It was clean, well decorated and easy to use. The building is new and well secured. Very close to the square, and such a great location. The staff is helpful and kind. It was nice to have access to our own parking space as well. I can't think of anything except a coffee pot that was missing. We will stay with this company again for sure! Thanks Sasha and everyone!

Apartments are of very high quality finish, clean, modern and great location at only a 10 minute walk from the main square.
Peaceful location, living amoungst the Krakow inhabitants which did not feel overly touristy yet was very close to the main area.
Pleased to see they included every facility you would need -iron, drying rail, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave - nice touch supplying some dish washer tablets/washing up liquid. Overall we had a lot of space and felt light and airy... nice separate dining kitchen and living area.
We had a DVD player and satelite TV, wireless for a computer but unfortunately no phone in the apartments.
Importantly with a small child, there was a lift and we felt safe with the 24 hour consierge and well lit halls and reception areas.
Very little in the way of negative comments, this has to be one of the nicest well tended apartments I've ever stayed in.
Helpful friendly staff made the stay all the better!

This is the second apartment I have booked through AAA Apartments. As with the first experience, the agency staff have been most helpful, professional and polite. I would wholeheartedly recommend this agency and the service it provides. I have re-booked another stay in December of this year and am very happy to continue using this agency. I have recommended the service and the apartments to both family and friends.
The apartment is perfect - it contains all mod cons and is stylish, comfortable and excellently situated in a pleasant part of town, just 6-7 minutes walk away from the main square. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with all facilities required for a holiday stay. It is an excellent size for four people, with its two bedrooms.
There isn't anything I didn't like about this apartment and I look forward to the opportunity to enjoy it again in the future.
Thank you AAA Apartments for helping to make my stay in the beautiful Krakow so enjoyable. It means alot to be able to come back after hours of sightseeing to a comfortable, relaxing 'home'. -

The apartment was spacious, clean, pleasantly decorated and had everything we wanted for our 10 day stay. The staff we dealt with were always friendly and helpful. The location was good, about 5 ? 10 minutes walk from the main square. After a long day?s sightseeing and entertaining, it was always a pleasure to return to. We loved it, and would make a point of rebooking when hopefully we get a chance to return to Krakow.

We (four adults)were there for 5 nights in April and we not disappointed with anything. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well decorated and very comfortable. There was everything provided that you could wish for.
The staff were very hospitable and eager to help in any way at all. The location is fantastic, very quiet street yet very close (5 mins walk) to the market square and even closer to supermarkets.
The tram stop is a short walk from the apartment and from there everywhere is possible.
Would have no hesitation staying there again
