Stayed here for 4 nights. The location was excellent being 30 min walk from the train station and 10 from the main square. The apartment on the second floor of a security controlled building was spacious and well equiped with a good kitchen, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. The main bathroom had a large shower, the other bathroom was toilet and wash basin only. The only thing we did not like was all the beds were very squeaky.

El apartamento está decorado con gusto, es nuevo y cómodo. Está a tan solo 10 minutos andando del centro histórico de Cracovia y tiene recepción y servicio de seguridad. Como las habitaciones dan al interior, por la noche es muy silencioso.

We stayed in the atlantis apartments for my Stag do, we hired the 6 & 4 Bed apartments which were both excellent. Very contemporay, and comfortable. 2 toilets, sizeable shower, comfy double and singlebeds, TV, Kitchen facilities, towels, extrasheets, wardrobes with coat hangers.
If there was a slight downside, its a good 5-10 minute walk in to the main market square, but when you see the apartments you won't mind too much.
As for Krakow itself, greatest I've been architecture (apart fro Rome), and the Polish women there are 90% Stunners, unbelievable!!! -

2 new bathrooms, New kitchen and plasma TV, big couch, big apartment. Best apratment i've ever stayed in whilst travelling. Massive amount of room and nice to have a balcony. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I can not say enough good things about our experience with the aAa Krakow apartment staff! They gave exceptional service which provided us with an amazing experience in Krakow. They care as if we were family! The location of the apartment was close to everything we wanted to see and the staff provided us with support for finding our way around and called for airport transfers. The accommodation was exceptional and provided us with all amenities necessary for a luxurious stay in Krakow. One way to describe the apartment, lovely! Many thanks.

Dear Anna,
Sorry for the delay in responding. As you see from my above comments we had a very enjoyable stay in your lovely city. The beautiful weather was a extra bonus to our stay and I would definately recommend your apartments to our friends.
One thing I must point out which had we been staying more then three nights may have caused us to re-think was the beds. They are very uncomfortable and noisy and not good on the old backs. You may want to look into this as I would feel it neccessary to inform anyone I recommended it to.
Thank you for all you help in making our stay stress free.

Very Clean,comfortable apartments but could not use the T.V or set the air con so more customer service required as is the case in most Polish place,s see customer service is me not asking ;)and you knowing ,

We do hope that in case of next arrival, there will be no problems with the TV or air con.
On that subject - just to let you know, this is a residential building and according to how things are done in Krakow, the heating was switched off only yesterday (6th May) and soon the air con will be switched on. I reckon this is the reason why you couldn't use it.
I do apologize for the inconvenience though.

We stayed in Atlantis 4 for 3 nights with 2 friends in February. i would highly recommend this apartment, it was spotless and very warm and more than we expected. excellent location 4 - 5 mins walk to main square, little supermarket only a few doors away. staff were very helpful and as our flight was not until late in the evening coming home. they stored our luggage for us, which meant we could go sight seeing.. we will definately be staying in one of the atlantis apartment on our next trip back... thank you all for making our trip a very memorable one

as a group of 10 work colleagues who travel to different destination each year we recently stayed at atlantis apartments in krakow, we had 3 apartments on same floor which were stunning, very well equipped, within walking distance of main square, shopping etc

5 Star accommodation, with everything you need for a short break - comfortable, modern and spacious.
Nice quiet location with easy access to the Square (5-7mins away).
Great customer service - a smooth and pleasant experience.
If you like live (rock) music try the Lizard King just off the square - great venue!

Wonderful apartment! Very spacious and well laid out inside. High standard of facilities. Everything required for our short stay was available. 24 hour concierge. Great location (just above AAA Rentals office). Approximately 5-10 minute pleasant walk into the central square. AAA Rental were very efficient and helpful. Would definitely rent from them on our next stay!

Really enjoyed our stay in Atlantis 4. Apartment was clean and comfortable with all mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine etc. As we had our toddler with us we stayed in the apartment by night so made use of the DVD player. Satellite TV was provided but our Polish wasn't up to scratch! There were some English speaking news stations available though.
The apartment is in the same building as AAA's office so we found this handy on the one or two occasions we had queries. Location was perfect with 2 shops, a bakery, a coffee shop & a restaurant within a very short stroll. At the larger shop (Kefirek I think) there was also an ATM. Must note that the women in the bakery were especially friendly & everyday tried with a smile to teach me some Polish..to no avail I'm afraid! I never got further that please & thank you! Market Square is about a 10 minute stroll & the one or 2 occasions we were out after dark the walk seemed quite safe although the streets were quiet & not brilliantly lit.
Just across the street there was a small playground with swings, slides, a sandbox & a ping-pong table which our son enjoyed. 2 points if you're planning to stay here with small children. There is no bath only a shower - not a problem for us but may be for others. Also as our son refuses to walk & only runs! we noticed that all the sharp corners seemed to be just at head height! No accidents but just something to be aware of.
All in all we enjoyed our stay here & would recommend this apartment & AAA Krakow to friends & family. -

We initially had another apartment elsewhere booked but were not happy with it and so looked on the net and found this apartment.
We could not be happier. It is in a great position, handy to shops and sights.
Easy walk to the old town.
Very modern and well catered for inside with almost everything you could want and nice and cool despite a hot Krakow summer.
Highly recomended! -

An attractive roomy apartment with balconies off all main rooms. Comfortable beds, good quality fittings, designer lighting and plenty of storage made this a real home away from home. Great security with caretaker manning external door and double bolts on apartment door.
Excellent location close to convenience store and just 10 mins walk to Krakow's main square.
The office was right next door and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Minor gripe: kitchen equipment didn't match the overall standard (eg no coffee maker.

My friends and I were very impressed with the standard of the apartment, especially for such a low price. We have paid more in the past for rooms which were not nearly as impressive.
The location is excellent with a couple of pubs and shops only a few metres away and only a few minutes walk from the main square.
If visiting Krakow again, I would certainly look to book this apartment again. -

This is a wonderful way to explore a new city. The appartment was beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. It had everything you could possibly need for a long or a short stay. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for three nights on this trip, so we ate out all the time. There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby and it was only a short walk into the centre of Krackow. We were met by a lovely girl called "Anna", who spoke excellent English. She told us about some of the best places to visit and to eat. She arranged our return taxi for us too! Advice to new travellers - make sure you spend longer! It is really good value and there is so much to explore and see. Our tip - go and have breakfast at "Dina's".

However I have to hand it to AAA Krakow Apartments - they have customer service down to a fine art. Everything about my accommodation experience in Krakow with them was first class and I would definitely use them again if I was staying in Krakow another time.

Our fmaily loved this aprtment! It was modern, squeaky clean, and it had every amenity. It is only 3 blocks from the square and any restaurant you can imagine. Convenience stores and great bakeries just a block away for breakfast treats.
