We originally booked the atlantis-1 apartment 6 months ahead of time. When we arrived at atlantis-1 we were told that we were moved to another location. This was extremely frustrating because we had been driving for several hours and just wanted to get into our apartment and relax. Once we arrived at the Royal apartments we were met by someone from the management office. The apartment was fantastic, great location, short walk to old town square. The only complaint i had was the bed. The mattress was like a rock, after a couple of nights my wife and i had serious neck and back problems. But i do need to state that i have been going to poland for 20 years and nobody can seem to make a comfortable mattress. With that being said, if you drink enough vodka you won't worry to much about the sleeping conditions.

I have stayed in this apartment several times. Because of its location it is extremely quiet, even located almost in the center of a large city. The walk to the main square is approximately 10 minutes at my slower pace. The single problem with this apartment is that the entrance intercom is consistently broken making it very inconvenient to host guests entering on the ground level. This should be repaired as soon as possible. Otherwise, this is a perfect apartment for one, maximum 2 people.

anytime when I visit Krakow , at least once a year, I always try to reserve apartments through aAa ,depending on availability, because they are a very reliable agent , with many-many nice, quality, and good located background of apartments. This Royal 6 is among one of them. Excellent location, brand new with modern (trendy) furnitures. The rep. of agent are always very kind , helpful and speaks English very well. In one word: AaA gave us the value, what we have already get used to.

Zusammen mit unseren Bekannten aus München haben wir fünf Tagen hier verbracht. Wir können uns auf keinen Fall beklagen, weil alles professionell gestalltet wurde. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben auch auf sehr nette Einstellung der Arbeiter gestoßen. Die AAA – Arbeiter haben sich unseretwegen von Anfang an bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes professionell verhalten. Sie waren besonders hilfsbereit bei Ausflugsvorbereitungen, haben uns viel Zeit gewidmet und gesagt was in Krakau und Umgebung sehenswert ist. Wir konnten uns bei ihnen nach vielen turistischen Informationen erkundigen. Und sonst Englischkenntnisse aller Arbeiter haben auf hohem Niveau gelegen, sodass wir keine Probleme mit Verständigung hatten.
