Royal 1 Apartment is situated in the prestigious Sobieski residence development located in Krakow’s Old town just a few minutes walk from the main market square.

The residence, set in an enclosed compound surrounding a tranquil courtyard, combines the renovation of a period building together with two new buildings designed architecturally to blend in with their old town surroundings.

Royal 1 apartment is set back from the street at the rear of the third building (building C) and benefits from all the mod cons such as air conditioning, cable TV, dedicated broadband 2 Mb Wifi internet, DVD player and you will feel totally safe w...ith the presence of a 24hr security guard and monitoring.

The apartment itself consists of a spacious lounge area and separate bedroom which can sleep up to 4 people in two separate sleeping areas by use of the sofa bed in the lounge. Double doors in the bedroom or lounge provide access to a good sized balcony on which you can enjoy your breakfast in the summer months.

The apartment has been finished using high quality materials such as oak parquet flooring and interior design to create a standard equivalent of a 4 star hotel, but with 3 times the space.

  The first thing to mention is the service provided by the aAa staff. From our initial availability request, right up to the time when we departed from Krakow for the airport, the staff were fantastic. Every email we sent was answered within the hour, the information they provided was accurate and helpful and once we were in Krakow, they gave us their contact numbers (including mobile!) which they were more than happy to respond to and did on several occasions. It would be wrong not to mention Sasha, who always seemed to be on hand for our questions, although everyone at aAa deserves a mention for their enthusiasm and professionalism.
  Aaa will also arrange airport transfers (very reasonable cost for a personal luxury minivan) and excursions.
  The apartment itself was located very close to the old town and also near to a tram stop with a ticket machine for journeys further away. There was aslo a small supermarket at the bottom of the street which was useful for buying essentials. It is in a very quiet and peaceful district.
  The accomodation was very clean and well equipped. There were three of us, so we made use of the sofa bed. All the fittings were modern and in good condition. The free wifi was fantastic and very fast.

  Fantastic quality with fantastic service

  The team at AAA made my whole trip smooth from beginning to end. I stayed in Krakow alone on a business trip and the company went out of their way to ensure I was looked after and safe at all times. Punctual and friendly tansfers were arranged to and from the airport and the team went out of their way to give me details of transport to my work. The apartment was of an excellent standard, modern with all the facilities I needed including a great big bath and power shower. The sun shines through the balcony door all afternoon! Cleaner came once a week and there's 24 hour concierge. The location is very convenient - a 10/15 min walk to the main square with a local shop at the end of the street. I would recommend this apartment over any hotel for a business trip or holiday. You get the service and quality plus the freedom of having your own facilities.

  First class brand new apartment in great location only minutes from the main square.
  Noisy,on occassions, due to ongoing work in surrounding new flats,and a football court at the rear of the properties, but very quiet most of the time.
  Would benefit from mid week towel change, and better quality towels.
  AAA Staff were 5 star.
  From booking on line, booking airport transfers, booking excursions,personal attention on checking in, to departure information, the whole experience was handled politely and efficiently.
  Would use AAA Krakow Appartments to book again for any future trips to Krakow, and would recommend them to friends
