  We booked this because the company said it was an Old Town apartment and that is where we wanted to stay. It isn't. It's a fifteen minute walk away from the old town, which with your luggage is not fun. Firstly, we arrived at the train station and had to go all the way into the office to collect the key, then head all the way to the apartment with our lugguge on a hot day. Other apartment companies we've booked with have met us at the apartment, which would have been much better here because it would have saved an hour of walking and lugging bags up many staircases.
  The apartment itself can not really be classified as an apartment. It is a tiny alcove in a nice building but it is too small and dark and has no windows for it to be pleasant. Also, the tv channels aren't in the same order as what is written in the instructions and the english ones either dont exist or have terrible reception.
  We had huge problems with the internet while there. It would not work. Someone from the company came and saw for himself that it wasn't working and gave us a usb stick to use, which was good because we booked this apartment due to the fact it was advertised as having free internet. Unfortunately though, he came back the next day and took the usb stick away, so we didn't have internet anymore. He told us that a handyman would come and return the stick the next morning at 10am. I waited until 11.30 (bear in mind we are on holiday and want to get out and see Krakow while we are here!) but no handyman turned up. I then had to contact the apartment office at my own expense, only to be told the handyman had been and gone, not given us back the stick and that it must be something wrong with our computer!! So annoying. The customer service here is terrible. They lye to you, treat you like an idiot, make you walk all over town just to get to an average apartment that is very expensive and absolutely not what is advertised.
  I would strongly recommend not using this company. If you google seatch apartments in Krakow you will find heaps of companies because just walking through the town there are lots of them all through the old square and they look lovely. Try one of them.

  A wonderfull 3 days in Krakow

  We have really liked this appartment and found it super clean as if it was brand new. The TV and the wireless was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. The appartment was well located and very close ( walking distance ) to the Krakow Rinek and as well as the Juif quarter. The only negative point was that the bed was not that great as we had the felling that we felt the springs.
  
  We recommend this appartment to anyone and would go back again anytime as it provides a very good quality / price ratio.

  There is no better value!
  At middle distance from city center and Kazimierz,
  you will feel at home.
