The stand-alone bungalow is situated in a quiet park with 30 other bungalows and has a small swimming pool for collective use. On walking distance there are the boulevard, restaurants and shops of Kralendijk. The house has a beautiful tropical garden, this means that you'll enjoy optimal privacy.
On the spacey L-shaped terrace you may enjoy being lazy in one of the hammocks and when you are sitting in a lounge-chair on the roof terrace you have a nice view over the city of Kralendijk and with a tropical cocktail in your hand you have a good look at the beautiful sunset.

The bungalow is on walking distance from the promenade with its bars, shops and restaurants.The park has its own private entrance and is very quiet. The bungalow has a private garden with lots of privacy, situated on the outskirts of the town of Kralendijk and has a free swimming pool for its residents and their guests

Kas Berde was a great place to stay for two weeks! Ria, the property manager made sure our experience from start to finish was so easy. Thanks! The villa had everything our group needed from great outdor living space to a complete kitchen as well as a BBQ and air in the bedrooms. And every bedroom had it's own bathroom which worked out great for friends living together. The villa is in a great neighborhood and easily accessible to town as well as everywhere else. The terrace on the upper level made for great evening star gazing. We would happily recommend Kas Berde to others and hope we can come back soon!

Great alternative to typical hotel or resort. Large bedrooms and spacious common areas offer plenty of space for a larger family or group of friends to stay while enjoying Bonaire. Covered rooftop plaza offers a place to cool in the breeze while enjoying the view of the city. Spacious ground-level patio allows courtyard dining, area to enjoy the birds, or just relax. Full kitchen with all the necessary utensils, plates, glasses, silverware. Full-sized refrigerator/freezer. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet only a 10 minute walk to downtown Kralendijk. Ceiling fans throughout bungalow and air conditioning in bedrooms allowed those of us coming from cooler climates to comfortably sleep while becoming accustomed to Bonaire's warmer weather. Manager (Ria) was great to work with and was very responsive to questions/needs.
Property definitely filled the needs of our group. I would rent this property again. -

We stayed for three weeks in Kas Berde, Kralendijk, Bonaire with our three 18 year old children. Kas Berde is a beautifull comfortable house, situated in a quit resort. Not used to the Caribbean temperatures, we spend most of our time in or beneath the waters. If not, Kas Berde's beautifull terraces, especially the large roofterrace, were the winds are cool and the vieuw is beautifull were our favourite spots to stay.
