Casa Presioso is a beautiful two-story detached house on a cul-de-sac in Republiek, a rural aera near Santa Barbara on Bonaire in the Dutch Caribbean. Being built on the hill, it has a spectacular free panoramic view (270 degrees around!) overlooking the ocean, Kralendijk and the islet Klein Bonaire.

Relax in the private pool with spacious sundeck, lie back in the lush cushions of our lounge area on the porch, or enjoy the serenity of every-day's beautiful sunsets after dinner on the outdoor dining room on the second floor - the best way to conclude another day of diving or snorkeling!

Casa Presioso has room for 6 people. All bedr...ooms have A/C and traditional ceiling fans with remote control. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have large double beds that can be separated into two single beds and a shared bathroom. The villa is rented as one property, but you will only be charged for the amount of bedrooms in use.

Casa Presioso is especially well suited and equipped for divers and snorkelers: on the side of the house you will find separate rinse tanks for clothes, dive equipment and underwater photo/film gear, as well as a (lockable) drying area.

The computer in the living room is installed with professional photo editing software and equipped with a card-reader that can handle all types of memory cards. Use it to upload your photos to your Facebook or Flickr account, or view your slideshow on the TV screen in the living room! Throughout the house you will have (unlimited) broadband WiFi access.

The free-standing villa has a large and beautiful garden (1088 m² / 11,711 sq. ft.) with palm trees, bougainvillea and oleanders that bloom the whole year through.

On the hill overlooking the outskirts of Kralendijk, the capital of Bonaire, a couple of adjoining rural areas can be found: Nawati, Republiek and Santa Barbara. From the main road leading up the hill and through these neighborhoods, a private road (cul-de-sac) leads down to the house.

Only a 5-10 minute drive away are the closest dive spots, beach resorts and bars, restaurants and shops. In fact, everything on Bonaire is pretty close-by.

Bonaire is a true divers paradise, with more then 60 dive sites along the west coast of the island (private or instructor-led shore diving: get your bottles from one of the dive centers you checked in with, drive up to the beach, put on your gear and hop in the water!), more than a dozen beautiful dive sites around the islet of Klein Bonaire (one or two-tank boat dives) and even great drift dives on the east coast (your chance to see lots eagle rays, sharks, turtles and other great things). Casa Presioso is especially well-equipped for divers!

Besides being a diver's paradise, Bonaire is also surfer's paradise: with the everlasting winds on the south and east coast it is one of the best spots in the Caribbean for kite and wind surfing!

The capital Kralendijk offers a lot of nice restaurants with all kind of cuisines. And if you rather do home cooking or throw some steaks or fresh fish (get your daily fresh fish directly from the local fishermen!) on the BBQ, Kralendijk has large and modern supermarkets with daily fresh food that are open 7 days a week!

Listed prices are base rates for rental of the house and occupancy of 1 bedroom (max. 2 persons). Per extra bedroom (or 2 persons) add $15 per night or $90 per week (7 nights).

SPECIAL WEEKLY RATE: for every full week of 7 nights you pay for only 6!

Prices do not include Bonaire Tourist Tax ($5.45 per night per person of 13 years and older)

  Roel and Marielle, made to rental of their house very easy right from the beginning and answered all of our question by email very quickly, They even though of a few things I forgot to ask. Right from the rental of the house to our pick up at the air port everything went very smoothly. Roel arranged for the property manager Bernard to meet us at the air port. We had arranged to rent a car for the week there and aB car rental was there waiting for us as well. Bernard met us at the car rental depot and we followed him to the house where he gave us the full tour and explained how everything worked as well as #1 be sure the keep the garden gate closed to keep the donkeys out, and 2) what day the garbage pickup was on. The house is aboulutely beautiful and our whole group liked it even better than the pictures (of which there are many on the website). The bedrooms are huge and the bathroom are very spa like, awesome. the upstairs is very open and the best place to sit is on the patio up stairs. The view could only have been better is we had had a pair of binoculars to really check everything out. the birds in the morning were fantastic. The only draw back was the neighbourhood dogs (wild) that barked very early in the mornings. (use ear plugs and all is good) The kitchen is very well set up and totally functional with a BBQ on the lower level by the pool. We only used the BBQ on the first night as we were tired from our trip, after that we ate out everynight as the restaurants are fantastic in Bonaire. There was a slight ant problem in the kitchen but they had some really good spray in the cupboard that took care of that.
  The gardens were very neat and tidy and the pool maintance person came later in the week to clean the pool. Roel even had floaty chairs in the closet of our use. They have thought of everything.
  Bernard was very helpful to us and was available to us at all times. We did have to call him a couple of times. (trouble figuring out european appliances) and the propane had run out.
  I would highly recommend this house for rental, our whole experience has been wonderful. This was our fourth time to Bonaire and were not concerned about being a few minutes away from town. you have to drive to all the dive sites anyway. Free internet and computer were available with Wifi which we used alot to even look things up locally.
  You can't go wrong renting this house thats for sure.
