This was our first time in Malaysia, we went as a group of 11 adults and 1 child.
The location of this apartment is about 9KM from Klcc but easy to get there by taxi or bus.
We arrived at 6PM and adi was there waiting for us and tell us everything we need to know about the places and transportations.
The apartment was spacious, clean and well-eqquiped with free Wifi, and there were many toys for children, so it's perfect to go there as a family with kids.
The apartment was great, but the main reason that I will return back is adi - the apartment owners, he was very friendly and always be there when we need him. I missed my flight and adi was very kind to let me stay in the apartment and take me around the city while I was there waiting for next flight 2 days later.
We absolutely will return to Malaysia and stay at one of ana & Team apartment, and I've already recommended this to all of my friends that want to go to KL.
Thank you very much adi and ana. Hope to see you again in November.

This was our first visit to Malaysia. It was a family of six adults. We had an excellent welcome by ana’s team. When people are on vacation they are outside most of the time. But they tend to miss their home. Ana’s team made us feel at home with their genuine warmth and extra ordinary accommodation they provided. The apartment was very spacious for 6 adults. In addition to all the facilities in the apartment and other facilities such as gym and swimming pool facilities in the building ana’s team went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. Next time we visit Malaysia as a family we will only choose one place to stay and that is ana’s place. We have already recommended this place to our family and friends. Ana and adi, just a thank you is definitely not sufficient for the service you provided. Thank you so very much for making this visit an unforgettable one.

We brought our 4 kids (aged between 10 -15) here and it made a good base, close to local shops. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a generous welcome pack of food and consumeables thrown in. 15 floors up so had good views of the city. We used the swimming pool which we had to ourselves most times. Owners were really organised and helpful; met us on arrival and provided all the info we needed - top quality service provided. 15 mins by bus/taxi to the centre of KL. We'd happily stay there again in the future if we ever returned to KL.

I traveled with my wife, daughters and a few other family members. We arrived at the apartment at 3 am as our flight from USa was delayed. Despite arriving late, Adi the property manager greeted us with warm welcome and great hospitality. Adi gave us detail explanation about the apartment, amenities, transport and keen to address all our questions despite the unfriendly hours. He was also contactable through out our stay for any assistance and advice. Adi was professional, helpful and honest at the same time respecting our freedom & privacy.
Our family had such a comfortable stay. The apartment was immaculate and tastefully furnished and decorated. We can find everything we need in the apartment just like staying at our own home. Usage of Internet and wifi was free and this was a big plus point.
The location is fairly close to KL city centre and we used taxi most of the time. It was very convenient and surprisingly economical.
The owner charge us a good rate, we could not have picked a better place to stay.
We highly recommend this apartment to other travellers.

We went from India to KL on a one month vacation, thank god, I found the right accommodation. The location was very good in terms of all utilities and ease of commute to the city and Batu caves. Abdul, the owner was very friendly and responsive. Adi who helped us moving in and checking out was very gracious and also conducted couple of art classes for my kids. My in laws stayed with us for a week, they felt at home when they could speak in our native language (Tamil) with the people in the convenience store in the building. The Titiwangansa lake park, is just a very short drive and we enjoyed having evening strolls there. The apartment is very spacious and fully furnished with books, toys, Dvds, kitchen stuff etc.,. When I wanted a voltage adapter, Adi quickly bought me one, in fact he was so helpful that he allowed me to use his computer / scanner in his office when the Internet cafe was closed. The service we received was very homely and at the same time with no glitches. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

Nous sommes restés 5 semaines dans cet appartement et nous avons trouvé qu'il était bien confortable avec un très bon lit dans la chambre principale, une cuisine dans laquelle on a souvent préparé de bons petits plats, 2 autres chambres et 3 canapés dans le salon! L'appartement est très tranquille, on a très bien dormi! La connexion internet marchait bien...L'accueil fut exceptionnel - le frère de la propriétaire qui s'appelle adi a passé du temps avec nous plusieurs fois et a toujours fait en sorte de nous aider/dépanner quand besoin et toujours avec le sourire!! Il était toujours disponible pour nous et a rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable et unique!
L'endroit est situé à 10-15 minutes du centre ville et y aller en taxi coûte que 10 ringgits. Il faut juste en prendre 1 sur la grande route principale et demander au chauffeur de mettre le compteur en route. On faisait nos courses en ville
et allez au 'food court' du Pavillion - extraordinaire!!
On recommande cet appartement sans hésitation! Vous ne serez pas déçu par la qualité du service, la tranquillité, l'acceuil et le confort...et le prix est vraiment très raisonnable! -

Hi adi! We just wanted to thank you for the marvelous experience we had while staying in Kuala Lumpur, We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, very specious. The pool on the 7th floor was great after a long sightseeing of Kuala Lupur. I Would highly recommend this vacation rental to everyone. A perfect place to stay in KL. My only complaint is that I am now spoiled:). The owner adi was so friendly and he helped us with everything. He even took us for sightseeing one day. Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you sometime soon... Ivan, Martra, Tamara, Ana & Jovan ...p.s. Staying at Diamond Residence apartment was spectacular, in my opinion it's one of the most comfortable family apartment. The apartment is very well furnished with all the things that you could posibbly need. It has fresh modern style that would suit taste of most guests too. Dealing with ana & Abdul could not be more pleasant right from initial enquiry, booking and until we finally met adi for check in, everything was really smooth and efficient. I highly appreciate the mutual trust in respect of self service check out, this is such an outstanding customer friendly approach. I wholeheartedly recomend this apartment to others.

Very nice apartment, my family and I had such a wonderful stay. Owner & family are friendly, helpful, honest and reliable. We enjoyed having meals at various affordable restaurants within the small commercial centre where the apartment is located. We also used taxi company recommended by owner that charged good and reasonable rate. Will definitely recommend this apartment to other travellers.

We stayed in lovely Diamond Residences apartment recently during our yearly trip to Kuala Lumpur visiting family & friends. We were so pleased with the apartment, it's contents and the location. It was one of our best holiday visits so far. The apartment is spacious perhaps too big for us and our 3 young children. We even had visits and sleepovers by relatives and friends. Owner is very flexible and easy to deal with and even gave us a generous discount from published rate, which we really appreciate. The location is very convenient, quite close to KL city centre and famous Titiwangsa Lake Garden. As we rented a car for the entire holiday, provision of free secured indoor car parking comes in handy too. We sincerely recommend this apartment!!! Looking forward to return next year

I rented this apartment for my friend and his family from UaE for 1 week recently. As there were 9 of them, it was quite difficult to find an accommodation large enough on modest budget. Thankfully I found this apartment that has enough rooms for 9 rented out at such an affordable price. My friends and his family were absolutely made-up as the apartment was quite close to KL city. The apartment was also sparkly clean, spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. More importantly it has cooking utensils & diningware, which was their main requirement as they prefer to have home cooked meal due to dietary requirement of some of the his family members. Contacts with the owner had been a pleasure right from start until end, the owner was friendly, professional, opened to discussions and negotiations as well as responded quick to all correspondences and queries. The owner also allowed my UaE guests stayed until evening on the last day without extra charges and this was much appreciated as they had young children and loads of bags. My friend & his family requested me to convey message of thanks and appreciation to ana & Abdul and they hope to return one day.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Diamond Residences apartment. The apartment is well furnished and well equipped thus gave a real sense of comfort and good value for money. Adi, the property manager, went above and beyond in ensuring all our needs were taken care off. The location is good for those who want a luxury of space at lower prices. In any case, distance to KL city centre and local attractions is still considerable close, taxi journey cost us from Myr10 to Myr15 to most places. We even tried the local bus, only cost us Myr2 to the city centre. Would definitely recommend the apartment to others travelling to Kuala Lumpur, and would use it again ourselves! A wonderful vacation.

Just to say, we had such a great stay at your apartment. Thank you for accomodating to our big group of 10 bikers, we really appreciate those spare mattress, pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the nice semi indoor swimming pool with fantastic view of Genting Highland at far distance. We managed to make full use of the gym too!!! Such an enjoyable stay, we will definitely book this apartment for our next biker tour.

We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at Diamond Residences apartment recently. The place is clean, quit, well furnished and has all amenities you need.
My kids loved the semi in-door swimming pool on the 8th floor; they could swim anytime without worrying about the hot sun. We visited famous KL attractions, Batu Caves & Titiwangsa Lake Garden, situated rather nearby. We also loved the daily trip to downtown KL, sometimes we drove and on some days we took cab, cost us only about Rm15 but we saved on parking and fuel.
We will definitely stay at this apartment again on our next trip to KL. The owner is great to deal with and the apartment suited my big family perfect!!!
