Come and enjoy the privilege to experience living in KL's million dollar luxury condo, and experience life like the expats do.

THBG is a private owned, private managed, fully furnished 2-bedroom luxury holiday condo with Free Wi-Fi.

It's a cosy, home away from home for families / group of friends / business exec who want to stay in the city. The condo is within walking distance to KL attractions like Bukit Bintang and Petronas Twin Towers. It's just 1km from Pavillion Bukit Bintang.

Condo fits 2-8pax. Affordable luxury at only RM395/night for 8 pax.

Add pax at... RM10/pax/night. (We can accommodate up to 10 guest)

Sleeping layout for 4 or 6 pax :

Bedroom 1: King bed , Bedroom 2: Queen bed + queen mattress

Sleeping layout for 8 pax:

Bedroom 1: King Bed + 2 single mattress, Bedroom 2: Queen bed + queen mattress.

Spare mattresses available for additional pax. As long as your guest don't mind sleeping on mattress on floor.

So why stay with us?

Unlike other condos, we are cool enough to let our guest to stuff in up to 14 people in 1 unit, as long as your group don't mind sleeping on mattress on floor.

But of coz, you should declare your actual numbers for security reasons, and so that everyone have proper place to sleep.

Also, we are one of the most affordable condos located in the heart of the city. Other nearby holiday condos can set you back to RM600-RM800 per night for 4-6pax. We only charge RM395/night for 8 pax..and additional person only RM10/pax/night for extra adult/child/baby.

Facilities: swimming pool, gym, playground, free parking.

Unit amenities: Fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, iron and board, dining table, sofa, flat screen TV, cooking utensils, cutlery, rice cooker, plates set, bed sheet set, build in wardrobe, kitchen cabinet, DVD player, DVDs, magazines, prayer mat.

Towels and linen provided.

Check in :after 2pm, Check out : 12pm.

Late check out / early check in at no charge if no prior/after guest.

This is a private condo on self catering basis, meaning guests are expected to ensure all clean at check out.

  The agent gave quick response to the tenant enquiry. The rate is reasonable. Location is not far from Bukit Bintang shopping area and Klcc. All the offered facilities are working, except TV receiving was not clear picture, how nice if the TV has clear picture and equipped with astro.

  Thanks for the feedback.
  Will contact the management to ask about the TV reception again. As for ASTRO, unfortunately the owner does not want to install it as we don't have tenant staying full time. The good news is now we provide a big choice of DVDs for guest to watch when staying in. As well as more magazines and books for guests to read.
  We also now offer free Internet Access for guests.
  Do hope to see you or your friends/ relatives stay here again.

  the service i received is not as much as i hope to get actually. i'm not familiar with kl road and i called person i charge few times but yet she cant show me the direct way. we have walk for an hour plus only reach the condo. but he environment of the house is so good and comfortable. the house is so clean and nice. but one thing i'm really not satisfy with is the person in charge ask us to claen up the house if we make it dirty. we pay high price and yet we have to clean up the house by ourself?? but during night time we enjoy pool side chatting and see fireworks of whole kl.

  we do email the map upon booking confirmation. I'll take note to improve on the map so that it provide clearer guide.
  
  unfortunately this is a private condo, since the owner don't provide a house maid to clean, so we do request guest to ensure everything is clean as per check in time.
  
  otherwise, if guest don't want to clean themselves, can always pay the rm70 cleaning fee , just like some other condos advertised here that charges cleaning fee.

  The person in charge is flexible in terms of check in/out timing. Even though we were late she's still very patient.
  The place is neat, modern, quiet, cozy and safe. Very close to town too!
  In short, a wonderful stay for all of us.
