We stayed there for a week and enjoyed every single moment of that. Very well designed apartment with modern furniture gave us a different feeling. Having a very nice view of Klcc at night was fantastic. Very good facilities like separate air-conditioners and fans for each room. Totally, I will strongly recommend this apartment for those who want to travel with family or friends and stay together.

Our trip to Malaysia was outstanding ...from the moment we arrived, transport had been organised for us as requested from the airport directly to our apartment. I was a little apprehensive thinking that maybe the apartment would not be like the photo's, but, I soon relaxed when we got there...it was exactly as in the photo's. It was spacious (we were a family of 6 adults and 1 child), modern, clean, and it had everything we needed. Dominique and Jake were the perfect gentlemen and were only a phone call away if we needed any assistence (including a day we asked for a nice wine bar...Dominique advised us to go to Monkey Bar, across the road at Sunway Putra Hotel, 10th floor...it is a brilliant bar/restaurant to relax in!!). The apartment is so central to everything, including our views of Klcc and the KL Tower.
I would not hesitate at all to recommend this apartment and Dominique and Jake. Thank you so much for our memorable stay, and we will definitely be back soon...to our second home!

We had a wonderful stay in KL. Dominique met us when we arrived, and was very helpful. Whenever we had questions, he was very willing to help us with suggestions. The apartment was very clean, and set up very well. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for us (5 adults and 3 children). The apartment was just as described, and the proximity to the train station made getting around no problem. The children loved the pool and playground, and the convenience store made getting supplies very easy. We had no complaints about the apartment, the service, or any part of the process. Jake responded very quickly to emails, which made booking very easy. Thank you so much to both of you for helping us have such a great vacation!

We had very pleasant trip and staying in your condo adds more beautiful memories. Mr. Dominique's character is special, the way he guided us about KL was very informative. Kindly convey my very best regards to Mr. Dominique and his wife. The location of your condo is very convenient to move around and overall was very pleasant trip. We look forward to visit again and certainly I will choose the same condo every time. Moreover, the cleaning lady Miss Mercy was very helpful and the transport van of Mr. Veera was very comfortable and helpful. I have no doubt to say that from now onwards the trip advisor will be my partner for my next vacation for whichever destination.Please note that the remote control of ceiling fans were quite confusing, if you close the fan for one room it closes all fans near by. Also, kindly change the iron table and buy a little bit bigger.

We took our 3 & 5 yr old for a week to KL. The apartment was great and Jake and Dominique fantastic to deal with.
Transport was easy as taxi's were close by at the shopping Mall if not on the street.
The view from the apartment is amazing !

Stayed in the condo with five other friends for five days and it was an great experience! The condo had everything you could need with plenty of space and lots of amenities. Grocery store, restaurants, mall, and local train within five to ten minute walking distance. Check-in and check-out process was very easy thanks to Dominique who was very helpful and informative on everything. Excellent for big groups and family. We will definitely stay their again, thanks!

We were a family of 10 and had looked at hotels prior to finding this apartment. The apartment was much better value than the hotels that we looked at and the standard of accommodation was, I suspect, far better. The four bedrooms housed our group with ease and the two bathrooms made life a lot easier in the morning. The apartment was of a high standard and we were pleasantly surprised when we realised that it was cleaned twice a week during our two week stay. Little touches like the satellite channels and the use of a mobile phone made the stay more personable. The owners clearly read and react to previous reviews as we had no negative feedback as all our needs were catered for. Jake made the booking process easy and his communication with us was excellent, answering all queries that we raised. Dominique greeted us on arrival and I cannot praise him highly enough. He kept in touch with us during our stay, passing on information that we required, without being intrusive. The views from the apartment were stunning and the facilities on offer were more than adequate, including a shop on the first floor. The location, whilst a little distant from the centre of things was not a problem. The train station was literally across the road and taxis were plentiful from the Sunway Putra Mall, a few minutes from the apartment. We mainly took the train and were generally where we needed to be within 30 minutes. For us this was far better ( and quicker) than paying for two taxis and battling the ever congested roads.

Dominique and Jake were very polite, friendly, helpful and organized. The apartment was cozy enough for our large family including our four young adults yet roomy enough to have our own space. All rooms were clean, tidy and air conditioned. I would maybe suggest guest soaps for the bathroom and tea towels for the kitchen. The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit and public transport (train/monorail) was just a short walk up the road. A Good selection of shops nearby including a chemist and supermarket. The apartment had a fabulous view of the twin towers!

After having our flight delayed by a day, Dominique was still so amazingly organised, even after all of our changes to our itinery. Our arrival was made even better with an upgrade to a 4 bedroom apart. Many thanks for that!This was our second stay here and I definitly wouldn't stay anywhere else.I highly recommend these apartments. Dominique makes you feel so welcome, like part of the family. The apart. has an amazing view of the city, looking down onto the river and garden terraces, as well as the twin towers. Every thing we needed to make a family holiday was provided in the apartment, even down to maps and tourist ideas. The mobile phone provided came in very handy as well. We used the train & monorail again to get around, as it was so close, as well as some taxis which you can pick up outside the apartment complex. The security at the front entrance is added peace of mind. We visited the Sunway Putra Mall again, which is only a short walk away for some food supplies. The new pillows made for a great night's sleep. Dominique also arranged a tour for us which we really enjoyed. Our only complaint is that we ran out of time! Oh well, guess we will have to come back here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Really stylishly renovated, with great advice from Dominique as to how to settle in, orientate ourselves etc. We didn't end up using the pool, or other facilities, as we only had a few days, but highly recommend doing the Segway tour of Gardens...segkl.com. Need to book, and they have 4 segways at a time...really fun and the kids had a hoot.
Indian restaurant/buffet less than 5 minutes walk around corner, and we fed our group of 7 for about $3 australian per head! Impressive.
Apartment sofa really comfortable, and 2 bathrooms makes it great to share with another family. We would visit again. Station opposite took us straight to the new bus terminal where we caught a bus to our next destination...couldn't have been easier.Response from Jake & Dominique - 07/17/2012

It was very nice holydays I spent in KL this year 2012, the best thing was the appartment I stayed in, it was very clean and well organized-as descibed in the net- and fully equiped, fast wifi, safe place, nice location, very excellent coordination, very supportive persons-Mr. Jake &Mr.; Dominique.I really fully recomonded this place specialy for big families, 24 hrs mini supermarket & ATM also my kids enjoy the swimming pool.The location is near a mall & train station with very nice veiw and just at 2 rivers. We as a family injoy it .I appreciate the owner's support and profional coordination for check in &out.;

Excellent decor and well equipped. Good central location close to LRT station and taxis. Dominique was very helpful and attentive. Information folders were very useful. My only disappointment was that there was no oven. However there was a microwave/grill-not particularly useful for doing pizzas. The amenities were good. Lovely swimming pool especially late in the evening and decent tennis court with floodlights. Tennis racquets and balls, squash racquets and table tennis bats provided by owners. Would definitely stay here again. Fantastic views across the city .Petronas towers could only be seen from the corner of the master bedroom.Excellent walks in lush surroundings (Bukit Tunku) within 10 minutes of the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious, well thought out and very clean apartment. Our 3 kids, aged 8,9 and 12, had plenty of room to spread out and loved their bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and there was air conditioning throughout. It was great to have a big fridge and excellent washing machine and there were all sorts of thoughtful touches, like a drawer full of useful bits and pieces, like a torch, packs of cards, pens etc. We loved the location and used the local trains which were very handy and easy to use. The amenities at the condominium were great - a lovely pool which we used every day and a 24 hour shop. We followed the recommendations in the very useful information brochures left in the apartment and had some lovely meals at local restaurants, a matter of minutes away. We also enjoyed the meals you could order from the cafe beside the pool - a God send when your children are hot and tired and want to stay put!
Dominique, who organized the check in and out, was lovely and very helpful and it was good to know he was only a phone call away if we ever had a query or concern.
All in all a fantastic stay - we shall be back! Many thanks, Jake and Dominique. -

Nice comfortable large apartment.
We were 6 adults and 4 small kids; easily big enough for us.
Just next to the Pwtc LRT station.
A 24 hour shop was there on the first floor, very useful with kids around.
The swimming pool was large and great way to cool down after a hot day.
The apartment itself was well furnished with everything you can need. -

We stayed in one of the Four bedroom apartments as a family of six. Check-in was pretty smooth, we requested to have early check-in since our flight was arriving in the morning and they provided. Dominique showed us the apartment and how to work with the facilities. We were amazed to see the provided facilities.
Very thoughtful guides were provided by the owners.
The apartment was perfectly clean. the place is quite nice and close to hypermarkets and shops. Going to the city center is strait forward if taking the LRT or else the taxies take you to KL twin towers for 8 to 10 RM (about 3 USD)

I rented this apartment for 9 people which consisted of 3 families. The apartment was beautifully furnished and all the amenities were excellent. Dominique and Jake were very helpful. When one of the toilets were blocked, we were kindly offered the use of another nicely furnished apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who will be traveling in large groups.
