Comfortable apartment for 4-5 (adults) 20 m from the sea with beautiful look on the old town of Korcula, a birthplace of Marco Polo. Situated in a small and quiet coastal village which become a little bit more vivid during the summer. Apartment have 2 separate bedrooms with double bed and 1 spare bed in a bigger room. Kitchen,dining room and living room in one with all necessary equipment like oven, dishwasher, air condition, sat-tv. Bathroom and separate toilette with hair dryer and washing machine. Nice little pebble beach with pine shade in front of the house. Possibility of visiting near by islands like Korcula, Hvar and Mljet by catamara...n or a boat. Korcula and Hvar are worth seeing for their numerous cultural and historical places. There is also very good night life like in famous town of Dubrovnik which is about 110 km from the house (less then 2 hours by car). In Dubrovnik you can visit a city walls, Kings palace and many churches and museums. This is an outstanding position for wind surfers and kite riders who are in great number in this area during whole summer. In near by Viganj every year is organized a European championship in wind surfing. Also very interesting for riding a bike and walking and exploring a nature or just resting and enjoying swimming in cristal clear sea. Bikes and deck chairs are on request, also a barbecue if you feel like tasting a fresh fish from the local fishermans. Little towns Ston and Mali Ston are 50 km far. They are famous for their excellent shells (oysters, mussels,crabs, etc.) and fresh fish dishes in a few cute restaurants. Ston also have a curious thing not very much people know about and that are a city walls and salt pans. The walls are on the 2nd place in world in lenght after famous China walls. In little city of Orebic 7 km far you can also experience a bit of history, eat local dishes in a good restaurants, visit a maritime museum and look around beautiful and rare architecture by the sea where are famous "captains houses". Orebic had a strong fleet in the past among with Dubrovnik and many Orebic captains were building this unique and luxury houses. Above the town is a Franciscan monastery which offers a beautiful view on Korcula and dozen of little islands around. This little islands are ideal if you want a daily trip full of sunbathing and as a matter of fact there is a little restaurant on one of these islands so you will not stay hungry. Little coastal village with pebble beaches around. Ideal for nature lovers and history lovers because of historical monuments in nearby towns, but also great for sport such as wind and kite surfing, riding a bike, walking, hiking. Parking place in front of the house. If arriving by plane, airport is 130 km far (Cilipi near Dubrovnik).
