Great getaway for a small group. This one bedroom oceanfront condo is an end unit with excellent views of the ocean. 2nd floor unit with a full size swimming pool. Located at the southern end of Kure Beach. Very close to the NC Aquarium. Bedroom #1 1 King and the Living Room has 1 Sofa Bed with 2 Twin Bunks in Hallway. Charleston WVWonderful getaway
Left on 06/01/2013 for a stay in June 2012
This condo is great.The rental agency is wonderful. I love the quietness of Kure Beach. We have stayed here every summer for 4 years now and my family and I will continue to do so. The pier is very reasonable and we have never not caught fish. We go to the zoo and the aquarium every year. We also take the ferry and the kids seem to get a big kick out of it.

We really like the Riggings - reasonable cost, quiet and overlooking the water -- but on our last visit there was little to no beach and all the sandbags were exposed. Not nice at all. The complex is at the end of that stretch of beach and the protective erosion measures taken for the adjacent reserve can sometimes cause beach erosion in front of the Riggings depending on what kind of storms have come through. We should have been warned when we booked as it definately devalued our stay. So next time that's the first question we will ask - what's the state of the beach?
