Kure Beach is a small, laid back town located on Pleasure Island 20 miles south of Wilmington, NC. The beach outside our doorstep stretches on for several miles both directions, which offer great walking and bicycling opportunities. Several good restaurants are within walking distance on the main street of Downtown Kure. (K Avenue). It is a wonderful family destination with activities including deepwater fishing, going to the Aquarium, taking a ferry ride over to Southport, or hanging out on the beach all day. Wilmington offers a broad array of activities including shopping, tours of the historic downtown, and special events at the UNC Wilmington Campus.

This property is as advertised! Beautiful location on Kure Beach with plenty of sandy waterfront to spread out on and allow kids to safely play. The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could need. It is perfect for large families allowing for room for everyone to get together and plenty of spaces if you want some personal privacy. It is located in a lovely beach community with plenty of dining and recreational options and within easy driving to the charming Wilmington. This will be a place I will happily rent again and again.

A spacious beach house perfectly located in Kure Beach. The gorgeous beach and fabulous location made for a fun girls trip. The contemporary house has 6 bedrooms, all with baths, with great furnishings and very comfortable beds. Within walking distance to restaurants and a short distance from downtown Wilmington. House was just the perfect place to hang out and enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

This vacation could not have been better. The house was lovely. It was bright and open with spectacular views of the ocean, especially from the deck. The furnishings were top notch, and there was every convenience one could want. It was perfect for morning walks on the beach and several restaurants and shops were within walking distance from the house. I would highly recommend this home for your next beach vacation.

I recently spent a week with some close friends at this beach front modern home...it was perfect! Right on the beach... Walking distant to several restaurants...very peaceful. The elevator came in handy for luggage and groceries. When I return with my 86 yr old mother - the elevator will really be necessary. I love modern architecture... this fits the bill! Fort Fisher is a short distance (great for history buffs)...the ferry over to the mainland is a fun afternoon. I look forward to returning...

Beautiful beach house, totally updated, bright, cheery, large and right on the beach. Abundant pristine bathrooms, kitchen and gathering spaces looking out on water, with large outdoor deck. Walking distance to restaurants, fishing and entertainment. Ample offstreet parking and an elevator - A true gem!

Very cool contemporary right on the beach...I enjoyed my morning tea on the porch overlooking the beach (and sun rise)...walking distance to lots of stuff. Elevator was very handy for luggage and groceries. Quiet location...beautifully decorated...comfortable beds...couldn't ask for more. Would definitely stay here again?
