A lovely open plan light and airy villa with sea views from the roof terrace. The villa is on an enclosed site and has a shared swimming pool with childrens pool attached. The villa has 5 bedrooms over 4 floors. The top floor has a double and a single with a large roof terrace with sea views. The 2nd floor has a family room with a double and two single beds and another single bedroom with family bathroom. The site is situated on Ladies Beach which is a 10 minute stroll to the shop, restaurants and bars and its blue flag beach.
The dolmus stops outside the site and there is a taxi rank who can take you into Kusadasi centre, there are numerous shops, bars, bazaars and the local Wednesday market where you can buy real fake items.
There is an 18 hole golf course within 10 kilometers of the villa and car hire can be arranged locally.
For those travelling by car there is parking available on site.

There is a 20% non refundable deposit to hold the holiday for you. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival and there is a 200 GBP breakages deposit which will be returned at the end of the holiday subject to any breakages/damage etc.
Air conditioning will be given as so many units after which a per unit fee is payable, electricity is very high in Turkey so we charge as a way to ensure that units are not left on accidentally.
