We enjoyed our stay at Kedis Bali Villa, it was comfortable and clean.
The staff at Kedis Villa were friendly and helpful. The taxis drivers didn't always know where the villa was located and we had to direct them there, luckily we know our way around Bali. It took a good 10 minutes walk to get to the main road in Kuta (just near Waterbom Park)and you had to walk it as no taxis past unless you actually called them to the villa. We had a group of 10 people and the villa accommodated us all comfortably. Breakfast was good but limited. As our villa is at the end of a no through lane very little traffic passes by but at the end of our lane ( only a 2 minute walk ) there is a constant flow of vehicles and a large hotel which the taxi drivers know and come to and from. Never hesitate to ask our staff to call a cab for you or asisst you with any needs you may have. We hope we can be of assistance accommodating you and your friends in the future.

After travelling to bali several times before We chose kedis villa in kuta to stay this time for a bucks party with 8 men. The house was very clean and more than we were expecting. Close to everything we needed and the service from the staff was outstanding. Special thanks to tin and Michael for looking after us during our stay. Would definatly reccomend this place to anyone wanting to stay in kuta with a fairly large group. The Bali hut out front was a real standout for us as I don't think there was a day that we didn't spend some time in there. Thanks again!

This Villa was Beautiful to stay in. Great location. Plenty of room, we had 12 people stay, 4 adults & 8 teenagers... Lots of room to let everyone have their "own space" with 3 lounge area's, 2 Tv's, pool area and Wonderful Gazebo out the front. Rooms were always tidy, clean sheets & towels, breakfast daily... Amazing Staff, Thanks Everyone! Always felt Safe & Secure. Would definitely return here!:-)

As seasoned travellers to Bali, we were very impressed by this villa. Large, very clean and down a lane way that brings you out at Bubba Gumps.The staff were excellent, Anan, Micheal, Gusti and the girls could not do anything more for us to enjoy our stay. I would certainly recommend this villa and hope to revisit Kedis Villa very soon. Thankyou to the Gude family for sharing your villa with us.

Great place. Close to kuta beach. The staff was very helpful.jenny michael pac man and anan. The place is the same as shown in the pictures. Would be great if the living area would have air conditioning(wasnt too hot in september though). Other than that great villa.Had an awesome time. Thanks Kedis Bali Villa.

We have a ceiling fan in the upstairs living area as opposed to an air conditioner as we wanted to keep with that open feel and be able to have the doors open to overlook the pool area and the garden, we have air conditioners in each of the 4 bedrooms. Myself, my partner and 3 friends spent 8 nights at Kedis Bali Villa. It was by far the best place i have stayed at in Bali. It was in a great location, spacious and private. The staff were wonderful, friendly,attentive and nothing was to much trouble. They were all great company and a great laugh. We will miss them terribly.

We spent seven nights at Kedis Bali Villa. It was awesome, spacious, private, great location and the staff were brilliant. Breakfast pancakes and omelettes were a real hit and the Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng and Spring Rolls were delicious, all prepared by two lovely chefs, with the assistance of Michael. The staff were very fantastic, friendly,attentive and nothing was to much trouble. We will miss them. Our driver was also brilliant. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and beach. It was our first trip to Bali and we will definatley go back and stay there.

From the moment we arrived the staff of Kedis Bali Villa were exceptional. Ketut, Tin, Michael, GT and anan made every effort to accommodate our needs. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who embraced our two young girls aged 7 and 5, it will be a holiday that they will remember forever. The villa was always clean, fresh and homely. I would strongly recommend Kedis Bali Villa to those travelling with children or even a group of friends.

Fantastic holiday. Superb villa in a convenient location Great escape from the hustle & bustle of kuta but easy walking distance to the main attractiions. Friendly staff who were very willing to cater to our needs. All off program needs were arranged by staff, including massage, motor bikes and a case or two of Bintang on ice, at very reasonable prices - so we had no exposure to the infamous Bali 'rip off' prices which was very reassuring. The comfortable gazebo was a great way to rest our weary legs at the end of the day (make sure you bring your iPod), while the kids cooled off in the pool. Would definitely consider rebooking a stay here again. 10 out of 10.

We completely loved our stay at Kedis Bali Villa. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Very discreet but always there and Ketut makes the best satay and spring rolls in Bali! The house is immaculate and has everything you need. Two huge living areas and separate out door areas with a huge front yard that's great if you are travelling with toddlers and want to keep them away from the pool. Great laundry service in the lane right at the gates and in the perfect spot for surfers as Kuta Reef is only a couple of minutes away on bike. Waterbom Park is an easy 10 minute walk, awesome for older kids. Will definately stay again - Loved it!
