Our luxury self-catering beach house for 6 people boasts stunning sea views, a private pool, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and good WIFI.
This North Coast property, 40 minutes north of Durban, is also just two-minutes' stroll away from miles of unspoiled sandy beaches.
It is also situated within one of South Africa's premier golf estates, Prince's Grant. Guests can avail of all the amenities of the estate including a championship golf course, a bar and excellent restaurant.
The course has been awarded “five star” status by the Compleat Golfer magazine for many years. This accolade is bestowed on only 28 golf clubs our of thousands in all of South Africa and only three clubs in KwaZulu-Natal are considered worthy of this recognition.
This secure estate offers lots of other facilities including tennis, squash, kayaking, biking, nature walks as well as a restaurant and bar in the Lodge.
Antelope, monkeys and a huge variation of birdlife inhabit the estate.
This three bedroom house, which has sparkling ocean views from almost every room in the house, comfortably accommodates 6 people.
The house is also located at the end of quiet and secluded Sandhills Road. Relibable, unlimited WIFI (25MB) is also provided.

Response from the owner Hi Boozingfamilyman! Many thanks for your kind review and I'm glad you saw so many humpback whales - you were there in the right season. Regarding the pool - it lies in full sunlight until 3.00pm most of the year - and sunset is between 6.00pm and 7.30pm so it's warm most of the year and all night in summer. Yes, the monkeys are opportunists but personally, I love them and I'm happy to see them and delighted to see them survive despite the odds. Since you were here, there is a grocery delivery service on site now and KwaDukuza's supermarkets are available 15 mins away. Golf cart hire has always been available from the pro-shop and longer term hire is also available from a number of suppliers nearby. And yes, rackets are available in the house as per your suggestion, thank you! So glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you back again soon!

Great house and golf estate. Whales clearly visible all the time we were there. Dolphins too, also fish eagle. Bushbuck on the estate. Excellent place for a break.

Just a note to add that the Indian Ocean at Prince's Grant is is no different to the entire Kwazulu Natal coast - the current is strong especially at certain times of the year. The beach is used for swimming and lifeguards are on duty when it's particularly busy - ie. during the holidays.
