Spent a great 8 days at sea apartment and it was spacious,well equipped and set in a fantastic surrounding.
Good facilities including large outdoor pool,gym and Bar and it's gated and safe for kids,I really found it good base for travelling around from too,it is nice and quiet and large enough for all our needs.
Highly recommended. -

You could not fail to be impressed by this lovely apartment. It's in a very peaceful spot so if you are looking for a party location full of discos this is not for you.
It has everything that you could possibly need and is tastefully and beautifully decorated. Both the master bedroom and living room have
french windows which lead onto a bougainvillea covered patio with views of the pool and sea beyond, a very peaceful spot. The owners arranged our transfers and it all worked like a dream - we were met at Larnaca airport and our minibus driver sorted our passage through passport control, we didn't even have to get out, after making sure we were safely esconced in the apartment, he made arrangements to deliver our hire car in the morning, which he duly did. This was great as we arrived at 9pm in the evening so we didn't have to negotiate strange roads at night. The owners also advised us on places to visit and we weren't disappointed, from the old city of Kyrenia, to the absolutely stunning Oasis at the end of the pan handle where we had the perfect day in a fabulous restaurant overlooking the sea and then went swimming in the blue green sea by the ruins of the harbour with a glorious sandy beach and we were the only people there. The ruins at Salamis were unmissable too. Will definitely return to this piece of paradise. -

As a diverse family of five plus grandmother we needed peace and relaxation in comfortable but not luxurious accomodation. We certainly found it at Sea apartment. The accomodation was good with adequate functional facilities. The complex facilities were excellent and very well maintained. The local staff were very attentive and dealt with any maintenance issues on a timely basis. With few guests, we practically had the pool to ourselves. The gym is well equipped to burn off those holiday induced indulgent calories .
The appartment complex is in a remote area and car hire is essential, but we found the local car hire companies very accomodating for all our needs particularly the trips to Larnaca airport.
Overall a very enjoyable stay and a place that the family would return to. -

The apartment was smart, large and well equipped. The gardens are really pretty with 2 large terraces to back and front giving you views of the mountains and the sea. The back view over the swimming pool and sea is a one in a million.
As I am a keen swimmer I was in my element with the great pools.From the back garden there are steps down to the sea pool, you walk 20 steps so ideal for coming in and out and eating and drinking on terrace and keeping an eye on the kids
The surrounding countryside is beautiful and gives you that great sense of freedom. We loved the local Yaman restaurant, 5 minute walk for that dine in the country experience and overlooking the sea.
Our favourite place was the Beledire restaurant come beach club set on wooden stilts going into the sea. This was a 10 minute drive but wow the old coast road is breathtaking.We saw the turtle eggs on the beach here.
You must have a car to fully appreciate the new roads to the Karpaz They are spectacular and traffic free and a must to visit Golden Beach and the Oasis at afilon (roman ruins and a fab beach for snorkelling around the lagoons). We were blown away by the roman ruins at Salamis 25 minutes away with the ampitheatre and spent the rest of day on small beach.
We travelled alot to great Kyrenia, and found west of here was too built up. St Hilarion castle and Kyrenia Harbour are well worth the time. The apartment is really well located for those wanting to explore in the old Cyprus
We would recommend this rental to those who like it peaceful and appreciate beautiful surroundings and want to be part of the Turkish Cypriot culture and country life. Dont expect crowds and hassle it is as if time stands still.
Most surprised all the surrounding restaurants have wifi in the countryside
We were impressed with owners service, arranging airport and car hire and giving us pointers
We found the holiday to be really cheap and fantastic weather late September/October and really relaxing, perfect for family

It was perfect for our type of holiday, The complex had the biggest swimming pool I've ever seen, The area was rugged Ideal for walking There is also a couple of nice restaurants within 2k The apartment was very clean, comfortable, with air conditioning. In all it was a pleasurable stay

This was our second visit to this same apartment,the first being last November after a family bereavement.At that time we were looking for a peaceful break with some sunshine.
Brian and his brother Colin could not have been more helpful with help and advice over flights ,transfers and even car hire.The modern apartment is very spacious and well eqiupped. The complex is in a quiet secure location with well maintained gardens and a .choice of three pristine swimming pools.The rear patio overlooks one of the pools beyond which you can see the sea. If you look out from the front you have unimpeded views of the mountains.
There are restaurants and mini-markets within walking distance but ideally you need to hire a car.As it is in the Turkish controlled part of Cyprus you do not suffer from the adverse effect of the strength of the Euro against the pound.The local people are very friendly and eating out is not expensive.
If you are looking for lively night-life then this is not the place for you but if you want to relax in sunny, peaceful rural seaside surroundings then it is!!!
If you like to roam there is plenty to see from historic Roman ruins such as Salamis ,ancient abbeys and castles or the beautiful Carpaz(national parkland-soon to be reached easier by virtue of a new road currently under construction).
A 30 minute drive will get you to the cities of either Kyrenia or Famagusta (we much preferred Kyrenia).
This time we had 10 days and arrived home more relaxed than we can ever remember.
Next time we will take our 2 year old grand-daughter and her parents

Really good place to relax and revitalise. Fantastic pools if you love swimming.
Stunning walks and rustic scenery. Apartment was beautiful and modern. It
was great sitting on the terrace in front of pool and sea for breakfast and
evening drinks watching the sun go down. Not for people wanting a party but
for those who would like to relax in a slower pace of life although Keryina was
a nice place to visit for bars on the harbour. The national parks and stunning
golden beach of the Karpaz make a beautiful day trip.
There are some local shops for produce and a really good family run restaurant
in walking distance. The local are really friendly especially the sheep herder
who take his flock around the fields locally. I loved it and really want to go
back.

Absolutely loved it. We have rebooked for next year. We wanted somewhere quiet and relaxed with a bit of luxury for family. Apartment really spacious with all mod cons. The views are magnificent and the pool in front of the sea is lovely.
Great location for exploring as between Kyrenia Famagusta with the national park area on your doorstep. We flew to Larnaca and owner arranged all transfers and car hire.
You do need a car to get about to visit cities but we loved the local country people and local restaurants. There was 2 mini markets selling farm produce. Cant wait to return
