For alfresco dining there is a six seater table beneath a gazebo and an additional table that sits 4.
You enter the villa via a large hallway that leads to the Lounge, Kitchen, Dining area and two bedrooms (one en-suite). There is also a separate family bathroom.

This was our first visit to Cyprus and we were very impressed. On arrival at the villa it certainly had the wow factor even in the dark but the next day it had major wow factor!! The location was perfect, not overlooked, with stunning views, fantastic sunsets and a very inviting pool!! The 'Welcome Pack' compiled by Keith and Karen (the owners) was very impressive, filled with lots of interesting information and facts and extremely helpful tips of places to visit, places to eat and lots of things to do during our stay. Most relaxing holiday ever with excellent facilities. Will definitely be going back!! Perfect!!

The position of the villa is superb, it is elivated so you get stuning 360degree views. Our 2 grandsons really enjoyed the pool they were quite happy to stay there for the whole fortnight.We went in april so it wasn't too hot,but the villa is designed that if you were there in mid summer you could open all the windows and what breeze there was would blow through.Great time was had by us all

My wife and I stayed at this villa for 3 weeks in September & early October 2009 to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and her birthday. The villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival with absolutely everything that we could need for a comfortable stay. With only the 2 of us there was more than enough room and at this time of year many of the surrounding properties were empty. Some owners were in residence but we were never bothered by noise and the layout of the small estate was such that we were not overlooked around the pool area. Talking of which, the pool was clean and regularly maintained throughout our stay.
We bought our groceries from various supermarkets on the outskirts of Kyrenia - the villa information guide details all the nearest shops and restaurants - the major supermarkets being about 20 minutes drive away. There were plenty of local cafes, bars and restaurants, even an Indian restaurant and take-away 5 minutes drive away. There were no good beaches within walking distance, which was probably the biggest negative, but with the use of the bikes we were able to venture a little further afield. There were some lovely beaches within a 15 - 20 minute drive although many of the beaches on this coast could do with a good clean as they are littered with rubbish.
However, once we had explored the peninsula, Nicosia, Kyrenia and the surrounding area, we were content to laze around the beautiful pool making use of the plentiful inflatables, etc which would certainly keep any kids amused for hours. We particularly enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, looking out to sea and watching the ferry from Turkey heading for Kyrenia harbour.
All-in-all, a beautiful, well-equipped villa which we thought was excellent value for money and which we would have no hesitation in recommending to families, young couples or those, like us (early 60s), who are a little more mature and just wanted to relax in peaceful surroundings and lap up the guaranteed sunshine.Response from Sunset Valley Villa - 10/10/2011

North Cyprus has come a long way since 2009 and has cleaned up it's act with regard to the cleanliness of the beaches. Although not regarded as Blue Flag they are much tidier. However if you venture to the Karpas beaches they are amongst the best anywhere in the world and well worth the trip.
Of the 3 local beaches one is pebble and the other two sandy/pebble. They are natural not public beaches and are great for exploring. We have spent hours there amongs the rock pools and sandstone formations.
Two major supermarkets have now opened within 5 minutes drive of the villa and many more quality restaurants including an Indian restaurant within 5 minutes walk. -

we have used the villa several times due to the excellent service and facilities.With a family consisting of four children it is important to us that holiday accommodation is to a very high standard. This villa delivers this. The villa is managed by a team that are keen to ensure your holiday runs very smoothly. The villa is situated in a beautiful location with great views and sunsets.

taxi transfer and car hire all taken care of by owner.location ,pool,and all villa fittings(tv.washer,outside furniture,etc)all of a very high standard.A car is required to get to shops bars etc,and there are excellent eating places nearby.Would recommend for a relaxing,stress free holiday.

This villa is in a fantastic location with mountains behind and the sea in front. The most beautiful sunsets. The accommdation is fantastic. Home from home. There is everything you could possibly need. The layout is so good that it makes all the rooms light and airy. The locals are friendly. The restaurants are lovely. The supermarkets are nearby. You couldn't ask for more from a villa.

Everything about our holiday to Northern Cyprus was excellent, from the beautiful villa, it's surroundings, the snorkelling and especially the turtles - I'm sure that we will definitely return. The villa was superb in every way, it didn't lack anything we needed or that we could have bettered in our 2 week stay, and car hire and airport transfers were all really easy - organised by the owner before we travelled. I can highly recommend this villa rental.
