Description
Luxury 3 bed, 3 bath (2 en-suites) villa in a stunning location boasting spectacular sunsets with sea and mountain views. Fully air conditioned with flat screen TV, WiFi, Gas BBQ and Rattan furniture beneath a covered terrace for relaxing. For alfresco dining there is a six seater table beneath a gazebo and an additional table that sits 4. For eating out all the best restaurants are a short distance from the villa.
You enter the villa via a large hallway that leads to the Lounge, Kitchen, Dining area and two bedrooms (one en-suite). There is also a separate family bathroom with shower over the bath.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and hair dryer is on the first floor with spectacular views and enormous wrap around terrace. When you wake up you will be spoilt for views of either the mountains or sea!
The kitchen is well stocked with a full range of appliances and all you should need for alfresco dining. There is a monster cool box for those visits to the Karpas (freeze 3/4 filled water bottles to keep the box cool, you then have ice cold water on tap at the same time). The washing machine is located in the main bathroom complete with ironing board.
Outside you can walk directly from the rear of the villa into the mountains for some gentle but spectacular walks. Walk in the other direction and you will be on the beach within a few minutes. The old coast road can be explored either walking or on the bicycles provided. Here there are many bars and restaurants to stop and 'refuel'. In the grounds are colourful plants and palm trees.
The large private freshwater pool is child friendly as it does not have a deep end. The advantage of a pool all one depth is that you can play sports such as volley ball, badminton etc across the net over the pool - you might be able to do it in a deep end if you're fit enough!
The championship standard golf course is only 10 minutes drive away. Golf clubs are provided to guests free of charge.
The area boasts a generous selection of quality restaurants all within a few minutes drive with a top quality Indian restaurant within walking distance. There are annual festivals in the nearby villages of Tatlisu and Esentepe that go on for days and are very popular with locals and visitors alike.
Turtle beach (Alagadi) is only a few minutes drive away where you can witness the turtle hatchlings being released into the sea. This is a very special experience especially for children.

“Fabulous Villa with beautiful views”
Just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at this beautiful villa. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and just what we needed after a very long journey. The amenities were great and we had everything we needed for our two week stay. Good communication with the owner from start to finish even organising transfers and car hire and a food shop stop!. Pool was great and a welcome relief in the heat and the kids really enjoyed the vast choice on the TV during the midday sun. We will certainly miss the beautiful sunsets which were amazing. Many thanks to Keith for allowing us to stay in his stunning villa and we hope to return again.
