SUBERB Detached villa with 3 ensuite double bedrooms. Both first floor bedrooms have balconies directly overlooking the med, hence all bedrooms have great sea views whilst lying in bed!
Good sized living area with fitted kitchen including hob, oven, microwave,washing machine, dish washer. Cloakroom. Outside there is a 10 x 4m infinity pool, large sitting area, gardens and parking for up to 2 vehicles.
The villa enjoys magnificent views along the North Cyprus coastline.
With BBQ's and Sunsets on the patio, followed by starred filled skies, the end of your day is worth the wait!.

COAST / BEACH
There are several unspoilt beaches within a short drive from the villa. Alagarda the famous turtle beach is a 10 minute drive. Most beaches have bars and or restaurants together with sun loungers.
GOLF & SPA
Only a 10 minute drive is Championship Korenium Golf and Country Club, providing excellant facilities for golfers whatever your handicap, including driving range, putting and chipping facilities.
The view is stunning from the club house where you can enjoy the restaurant and bars, or just a cup of tea.
The SPA, beauty room and gym, are all at reasonable "pampering" rates.
How to get there
Larnaca Airport is approximately 1hr 15 minutes away and is situated in Southern Cyprus. There are several taxi firms which will take you across the border into Northern Cyprus where you can pick up a hire car.
Ercan is approximately 40 minutes drive from Esentepe and is situated in Northern Cyprus.
Car hire is essential to enable you to maximise your stay at the villa. There are several car hire companies that we can recommend to you.
DISTANCES:
Esentepe village centre is a 15 minute walk away. There are many sites to see including Apostle Andreas on the famous pan handle which is approximately 1 hour drive away. On the way you will see the famous Cyprus donkeys!
The centre of Kyrenia with its delightful harbour, restaurants and bars is approximately 25 minutes away and well worth a look.
Going a little further a field there is Famagusta which is an hours drive away.
The Kyrenia Mountain range is only a 10 minute drive to stunning Pine forests and outstanding views along the entire coastline
