Ideally situated for relaxing, touring, shopping, picnics, swimming or golf. 25 minute drive to Kyrenia, steeped in history, you can eat and drink in it's famous harbour next to the Ottoman castle, worth a visit, both by day and by night. 10 minutes away, on Turtle Beach, for those who visit in July and August, visit the world famous, protected, hatching of both Loggerhead & Greenback turtles,... watching them at night making their way down to the sea, shortly after hatching. The villa is only 70 minutes drive to / from Larnaca, or 30 minutes from Ercan, we can advise on both car hire (essential for North Cyprus ) and transfers to and from your chosen airport. This very well appointed villa would suit both families and executives who are seeking luxury.

Villa is located in a quiet spot, ideally situated for visiting the crusader castles, Kyrenia, Famagusta, and many of North Cyprus's deserted beaches on it's north shore line.

Booking notes

If booking more than 12 weeks in advance we will only require a £250 returnable "security deposit".

10/12 weeks prior to your arrival we will require your rental.

After your departure we will return your security deposit (subject to our terms & conditions).

We requests all guests vacate the villa by 11.00am on the day departure.

Additional Location Information

Coast/Beach
Minutes away from the beach. Car essential.
A beach area is situated just below the cliff, only minutes away.
Esentepe beach is situated 10 minutes East.
Alagadi Beach, famous for it's turtle hatching conservation area, is a 15 minute drive West.
The Karpas (known as the Pan handle of Cyprus) is a few hours drive east, with it's vast empty sandy beaches.

Golf
10 minute drive to the Korineum Golf & Country Club.
This is a great place to visit, even if you have no interest in golf...sit out and have a cool drink or an enjoyable meal whilst watching the golfers struggle on this challenging course!
For the ladies...this is a great place to pamper yourself in it's SPA facilities.
