Sa Caseta is a Catalan Farm cottage set in the stunning 'Pla de Belleses'(beautiful plain). Peaceful and secluded, it has uninterrupted views out over fields to the hills of the Gavarres. Full of rustic charm and character, with mellow stone work, original old beams and tiles, and an environmently friendly wood burning stove for chilly winter nights. All modern conveniences including Wifi. Heating in winter. Private garden with dip pool, patio for sunbathing and al fresco dining, and stone built barbeque. Ideal for families with children, the garden being enclosed. It also makes a perfect romantic setting for couples, away from the crowds. Sl...eeps 4, 1 double bedroom and a twin room. The cottage is only 5 mins. by car to the nearest small town of La Bisbal with shops, bars and restaurants, and 20 minutes from the beautiful coast of the Costa Brava. 40 mins from Girona airport (ryanair).

Sa Caseta is situated 10 minutes away from the market town of La Bisbal d'Empordà, capital of the Baix Empordà (one of the richest areas of Catalunya), famous for its ceramics. Close by are the Roman ruins at Ullestret, and many other historic medieval villages. The Gala Dalí museum in La Pera is 10 minutes away, the Dalí museum in Figueres-30 mins. Girona - capital of the province, with its Roman and Arabic history which can be seen in the old part of the city, also has a modern side, with great shopping, restaurants and night clubs- a 30 min. drive. The most beautiful of all the Costa Brava beaches, Aigua Blava, Calella de Palafrugell, Llfranc are 20 minutes by car. Small sandy bays with rocky headlands, pine trees and clean water. It is In land from the coast directly between Palamos and Girona and about equidistant from them both (25km).It is a one and a half hour drive north of Barcelona and a 45 minute drive to the French border. 40 minutes from Girona airport (Ryan air).Car hire available at the airport. Ryanair flights from Blackpool, Bournemouth, Doncaster , East Midlands, Liverpool, Luton, Stanstead in the UK and many other European cities. Barcelona airport-90mins by car or train- scheduled services and Easy Jet flights from the UK. TRAINS- nearest station Flaca, (10 Kms), with hourly connections to Barcelona and regular service into France. MOTORWAY- A7 runs to Barcelona and to the french border (45mins). Nearest junction 25Kms.

We do accept payment in Pounds, Dollars or Euros.These rates are all inclusive. Cleaning at the end of the rental period and weekly linen change included, sheets and bath towels . Heating when necessary. 20% non refundable booking deposit required to secure dates, balance due 8 weeks before start of rental plus 250 euro refundable damage deposit ,returned within 1 weeks of the end of let. Payment to be made by bank transfer , bank charges covered by the renter. Languages English and Spanish.
