the house was clean and as described. We found everything to be in good working order. The owner addressed our minor issues right away, very pleased and would definitely rent again.
Great amenities and beautiful lake make for a magnificent time with family or friends.

We spent the week skiing with three families for the second year in a row. Judy (the owner) was very helpful in getting us discounted lift tickets that were much cheaper then buying at Tremblant. The house is well furnished and great for our crowd. The kids love the pool table and hot tub (so did the adults!) and the house is laid out great for multiple activities. The property has a great setting on the lake and was very clean. The appliances looked new and were all in good working order. The roads were all cleared well but they are all snow covered so you want to make sure your vehicle is good on snow covered roads. The only internet service is dial-up if that makes a difference. We plan on returning next year!

Absolutely loved everything about this home. We were four families and we all fit comfortably. With the pool table, hot tub and boats, we never ran out of things to do. All the adults and children loved staying in this home, and the lake is so beautiful and calming. We had such a relaxing stay and will definitely return. I recommend this home for any travelers and families.
Great location, great experience, great owner!

Judy was amazing to deal with, was very accommodating, pleasant, and made the renting experience easy, event though we had 1 more person than the location accommodated. The water location was ideal, swimming and kayaking perfect, and lots of space for relaxing and eating.
Kitchen was big and well equipped, and very easy to use.
Only downside was the lack of internet access - there was dial-up, but we never figured out how it worked, which was our own fault.
Really good value, and lots of beds was a big upside for our group.

I think this is a wonderful cottage. We really enjoy this fantastic Canada Day long weekend with our friends (14 people in total) in this cottage.
The master bedroom is huge and big enough for even three. Other bed rooms for two are very good. But the one with bunk beds for four is little crowd.
I should mention the hot tub. It is really relax in the hot tub after swimming or running.
The kitchen is wonderful for cooking. Everything is perfect, especially the BBQ.
Our kids really enjoy the pool at their spare time.
The deck and beach is good. But I should mention that there is a big stone under the water about 3 or 4 meters away from the deck.
We enjoy the Kayaka and canoe a lot of the time. The peddle boat is a little leaking of water. Anyway, we still like the lake.
Our friends are even talking about the trip of next year to come back again.
Very nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Was a great location for a few families to get together and relax over a long weekend. Really enjoyed walking out onto the lake and watching the stars.
Great Chalet for large groups

This chalet is perfect for large groups. We were 14 and it was very comfortable. The location is really nice with a lake front. We rented it to go skiing and it is about 35 mins from the mountain...
The accommodation is great and well equipped even for families with children. However, there is no Internet connection and the cellphone network is not very strong.
We were disappointed that the entry was not cleared when we arrived. We had to shovel the snow ourselves to get the cars in which explains the poor service rating.
Overall, this is a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend.
Met high expectations

Really liked eeeything about the chalet. The stay was very comfortable and the linen was clean and crisp. The best part was the view. The only thing which i should mention is that because the driveway is a sloped one... Our car got stuck in and we were snowed in for almost an hour. A suggestion to have a snowblower as the shovel is not enough to clear the driveway. Or prior arrangement should be made with someone to clear the driveway.
Overall the stay was lovely.Perfect for families. Very kid friendly house
A great stay in a great chalet

We had a most memorable Thanksgiving week end at the Grand Chalet and hope to make it a tradition. The chalet is simply beautiful with a breath taking view. It is very well equipped and spacious and I honestly have nothing negative to say, only positive. It surpassed our expectations and I highly recommend it. I felt a little insecure renting it through internet, but it turned out to be an excellent decision. I cannot stop talking about it. Of course, we were blessed with amazing weather and this added even more to the experience.
It feels like home to me and definitely we would like to return in the near future.
Love the decor, from the little wooden toy train beautifully displayed, to the functional, spacious kitchen, it was all great.
Awesome Experience Close to Nature

In our opinion, this was the nicest cabin on the lake. It was sheltered in a cove, with a sandy beach (a rarity on this lake) and shallow water that was pretty warm. It was very peaceful. We didn't even hear the motorized boats. My kids (ages 11, 9, 9) loved fishing off of the pier. They caught and released 4 fish. The bull frogs sang at night. The hot tub was awesome. The pool table was great. The house had great appliances. The kitchen was user-friendly and it was fun cooking and cleaning (normally I don't enjoy doing this). The BBQ grill worked well and the food that we bought at the local supermarket was exceptionally fresh and tasty. We enjoyed kayaking and the paddle boat. The life jackets were appreciated. We also did a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle and played some board games that were provided. It was an easy drive from Montreal, mostly on the highway and enjoyable. There were very few insects. We didn't even get see any mosquitoes or black flies. A big storm came in one evening suddenly and that was pretty cool and dramatic to watch the rain, thunder and lightening. The owners were available by phone to answer our questions and provided helpful information.

The property is stunning and very comfortable, the lake beautiful and all the services provided (linen, bedding, entertainment...) exceeded our expectations. We were quite sad to leave and are already talking about turning this trip into an annual event.
Thank you for providing us with such an enjoyable setting!

The pictures do not even do this chalet justice. Its a beautiful chalet and location (being directly on a lake). The chalet is very well equipped, our group found nothing lacking. Owner very responsive, comminicative and easy to get ahold of. Our entire group will be remembering and talking about the trip for months to come - we certainly recommend this location and would strongly consider returning ourselves sometime.

Brian provided exllent services to us. The house is amazing. Our group has 5 adults, 7 youth and 1 child. We all have great time living in the house. The lake, the hottub and the pool gave us a lot of fun. The only thing we feel not satisfied was lack of internet and only one TV chanel.
