We have stayed in Punta Esmeralda numerous times and always request to stay at Palma 401. The large open corner unit not only offers a spacious well equipped condo but the view of the entire bay is one of the best in Punta Esmeralda!! To be able to hear and smell the ocean from almost every room in the condo is amazing. One morning I woke up and literally opened my eyes to the most amazing sunrise I have ever seen. See attached photos. The pink hue of the clouds contrasted against the mountains and the Banderas Bay had me pinching myself thinking I was dreaming. All of this from the comfort of a king size bed.
I loved the fact that the condo has many of the comforts of home in a tropical setting. We were able to easily keep in touch back home as the condo has wireless internet. I enjoyed checking my emails while having a coffee on the balcony overlooking the calm waters. The two big screen tvs are hooked up to Shaw Direct. Not that we watch a lot of tv when in paradise, however it was nice to be able to catch the local news and watch some of our favorite shows during the nights we stayed in. There is also a movie box that has hundreds of popular movies to choose from and the kids enjoyed the xbox provided in the flex room. There is so much charm in the area and so much to do. We rented a boat one day and enjoyed snorkeling in the warm blue waters. There were so many fish all around the boat it was like being in a giant aquarium. On our way to Yelapa (a small isolated native village only accessible by boat) we witnessed two humpback whales getting frisky. The whales were so close to the boat we almost could touch them. One of the whales dove under our boat. It was amazing to see these gentle giants so close. I would definaltely recommend staying at Punta Esmeralda and specifically requesting Palma 401.

The Punta property is beautifully landscaped and clean. The gardens are so lush and colorful. I had to pinch myself every morning as the view from Palma 401 is absolutely breathtaking. Definately would stay here again

Eventhough the cable TV system failed, and couldn´t watch any of the two tv´s we had a great time at Palma. It is a very spacious unit, with an awesome view of the bay. We had everything we needed, it is well located.

I stayed at Casa Emriagado in March 2010 and again in October 2010 and I had a delightful stay both times! The condo was so clean, spacious, and the view from the large balcony that wrapped around the condo was just incredible! There are sliding glass doors that separate the inside of the condo from the balcony and we usually kept this area glass free creating a very tropical ambiance with the amazing skylight and terrific weather. I took advantage of the spa and hot tub area in the evening after suntanning by one of the pools during the day. There is also a perfect little quiet outdoor sitting area where I spent some time reading on my laptop. It was an amazing feeling to be in that sitting area and looking at the incredibly beautiful scenery that surrounded me. Not only the water and sky, but also the trees, and lawns, and floral arrangements all made the enviroment so beautiful. The maintenance of the building and landscaping is exceptional. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, I highly recommend Casa Embriagado.
