We stayed in alamar a202 for 3 weeks and found the place to be absolutely fabulous. Th location to the town of La Cruz wae the reason we decided on this condo unit. We were walking distance from the restaurants in town and to the local fish market. We liked the place so much that we have already booked a place for next winter. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Condo is extremely well appointed including serving platters/dishes and kitchen utensils that you wouldn't typically expect. We stayed a month and enjoyed a lot of time on the deck - with doors back it was the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living and while the morning sun could make things a bit warm the suite was very comfortable in the afternoon with a nice breeze off the water. Fantastic view that is always changing and an easy 20 minute walk to the marina or into La Cruz. Buses readily available at the main road to take you into La Cruz, Bucerias, Airport, Puerto Vallarta etc. There is no shuttle bus on the property which was a disappointment to us having elderly parents who couldn't walk far - easy enough to get taxis or the bus/vans parked at the bottom of the hill would also take us up the hill for 10p each. Perfect if you had a car. Pool and grounds are beautiful but surprising how noisy it could be from street traffic and music from town. Destino Vacation Rentals did an outstanding job with all aspects of our reservation and service during our stay and we would definitely return.
