This 3 years right at a sandy beach stretching over 5 miles. It has 4 ENSUITE bedrooms and an additional shower room for the PRIVATE pool. The pool is cleaned and checked 3 times each WEEK. There is a Laundry room , Satelite TV, maid service, fully fitted kitchen , Each Room has 1 or 2 ceiling fans. The master Bedroom has 3 fans and is very spacious with a Cal King bedBBQ and private garage. The property has a pressurised water system with filters. El tizate is a quiet little pueblito right on the beach with only about 15/20 properties. It is within easy reach of Bus services and Taxi, The highway , and bus stop, is only about 300 mts away. The Villa is in EL TIZATE, a quiet Pueblito in between Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle on the Riviera Nayarit. It is right at the beach and is only some 300 metres from the highway and Bus and Taxi stops. There is a private paved road to the beach . Close by is the old Mexican village of La Cruz and the New Marina with its Regattas and vibrant shops and Bars.

My husband and I were very fortunate to find this Villa on FlipKey! Luckily, It was available for our vacation in El Tizate from January 1st - April 1st/2013. From the time we arrived and met Barry Edmunds we had a great experience. The Villa is perfectly situated between Bucerias and La Cruz, walking distance along the beach to Bucerias is 35 mins and in the other direction is La Cruz which is 10-15mins depending on the tide. Both Bucerias and La Cruz have many excellent restaurants to choose from. The beach is less than a couple of minutes from the villa by private road and a 6 minute walk will take you to the main highway and Bus service. We drove from Vancouver Island Canada, so we had our car available for all our needs, however the bus will take you to Mega Store which is great for all your groceries and Walmart which is just a little further south towards Puerto Vallarta which is about 25 mins from El Tizate. The Bus will also take you to many other destinations you choose at a very reasonable price. Barry is a great Landlord! If we ever had any problems he was there within the hour and had everything rectified for us. The villas is very comfortable and has all you need for a very enjoyable holiday, Maid and Pool service was top notch too. Thanks Barry for being such a great host and we look forward to staying with you next year.

Mi nombre es Mirna Garcia y me encuentro rentando una Villa en la Cruz de Huanacastle a nombre de Barry Edmunds.
que encontré por internet de Trip advisor
por la cual pague un total de $ 8,400 pesos por una semana, y como pueden ver en el anuncio menciona dos veces el servicio de limpieza, igual el Sr. Edmunds al entregar y enseñarnos la casa menciono que venÃan a hacer el aseo dos veces por semana, lo cual me llamo la atención, pero no quise hacer un problema y resulto todo una gran mentira. Llegamos el sábado 30 de Marzo alrededor de las 2 de la tarde y hasta el dÃa de hoy Viernes no se ha hecho la limpieza un solo dÃa. Al mencionarle esto al Sr. Edmunds a través de un correo ( los que tengo con sus no muy amables respuestas) su respuesta fue que no se hacia el aseo más que una vez por semana y que si querÃa que lo hicieran tendrÃa que pagar más.Response from BARRY EDMUNDS - 04/19/2013

I DONT KNOW WHERE THIS LADY GOT HER INFORMATION BUT I CAN ONLY ASSUME SHE HAS IT MIXED UP WITH ANOTHER (PROBABLY MORE EXPENSIVE) RENTAL. WE PROVIDE THE BASIC CLEANING SERVICE WITHIN THE PRICE BUT RENTERS CAN ALWAYS OPT FOR ADDITIONAL CLEANING IF REQUIRED. WE HAD TO GET A MATRESS SANITIZED AS HER GRANDAUGHTER HAD SOILED THE BED WE WANT HAPPY RENTERS ( SEE OTHER REVIEWS) AND THUS WILL OFFER A 50% REDUCTION IN ANY FUTURE BOOKING BY THIS RENTER WITHIN THE NEXT 2 YEARS. -

Good Value for money. Comfortable accommodation, fitted out with all necessary equipment including satellite TV, Broadband, washing machine and tumble drier. Beach approx 100yds. Good local restaurants and watersports. Quaint local weekly market in next village. Car recommended to make the most of beautiful local beaches, shopping centres and places of interest. Most amenities available within 2 miles, Peurto Vallarta shopping experience and markets approx 20 minute drive.

We stayed here for 3 months late December early 2012.
The villa has 4 very spacious bedrooms, all en suite and the maids are very friendly and clean the place very well.
The pool man comes every few days and cleans & checks pool. All very nice and friendly. We spent lots of time on the large sandy beach and then relaxed on the balcony to watch the spectacular sunsets.
In the area there are lots of places for live music ( mostly the older Country and Rock styles) and a wide range of Restaurants from the high end ( and cost) to the street Taco stands which were great. There is a Bus and Taxi stand at the highway which is about 300 mts away. All in all a great place. Expect early morning bird calls . We saw Wales, Woiodpeckers, Humming birds and lots of different species we could not recognise.

We syated at the villa in El Tizate for 3 months in 2012.
We had a great, relaxing time. The villa is right at the beach and the beach stretches for miles with lovely sand.
The house was very spacious and clean and the maids excellent. The pool was cleaned 3 times every week. The odd time we had a problem the owner was there within minutes to sort it out..very ipressive
