This charming, newly renovated village house, tastefully decorated is for 8 to 10 people and is situated in La Flotte, 1.2km from the closest beach, 800 m from shops and 5 km from the larger beaches.

Accommodation and facilities

The villa has an entrance (7m²), leading to a (20m²) garage, WC and a small hand basin.

The spacious main living room (43.90m²) is facing south and includes a dining and a lounge area. The lounge corner has a sofa, 2 wickers chairs, a coffee table, a bench, a TV, a fire place and storage space.

The dining corner has a table, chairs and 2 sideboards. The kitchen (8.60m²) is f...acing south and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a dish washer, gas and electric hobs for the cooker, an electric oven, a micro wave oven, an electric coffee machine, a sink and storage spaces. The washing machine is in the back kitchen.

There is a 14 stairs staircase leading to a landing space giving you access to 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.

Bedroom one (8.30m²) has a window opening onto the lounge, a 120cm bed, a set of drawers and an armchair.

Bedroom two (10.30m²) is facing north and has a double bed (140cm).

Bedroom three (10.40m²) is facing north and has a 140cm bed, a bed side table, shelves and a built in wardrobe. There is a hand basin.

The bathroom (3.40m²) has a bath, a shower, a hand basin and opens with a velux type window. There is a separate WC.

There is a small open area (10.37m²) with a slanted ceiling and 2 single beds (90cm) if required. The window opens onto the garden.

Accessible from the outside is a small entrance leading to a shower room with a shower, a hand basin and WC.

Bedroom four is facing east and has a single bed (90cm), a double bed (140cm), 2 built-in wardrobes and a small desk and is accessible from the outside.

The villa also has a bike shed.

There is a part-covered courtyard facing south, equipped with a garden table, chairs, benches and a BBQ.
