Beautiful Kai Vista was recently remodeled, and features two King Suites, 2 baths and fresh upgrades to the Living and Dining Room. This Luxury Beach condo has spectacular ocean views from the balcony and living room, and is located in the desired beach neighborhood of Windansea Beach, just steps from the white sandy beach!

This top floor unit is delightfully decorated in a beachy-chic theme that will surely set the mood for your stay. This condo has an open floor plan with everything that you need, like a home away from home. The kitchen is light and bright and features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a counter...-top bar which divides the kitchen and living room.

The great room features vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which lead to the furnished balcony where you will enjoy beautiful panoramic ocean views. The living area is furnished with a 52" plasma screen television, DVD player, full cable channels including MLB Extra Innings and NFL Sunday Ticket, a home stereo system with radio/CD/iPod player, telephone, and Wi-Fi High Speed Internet. Relax and enjoy a wonderful dining experience for 4 guests in the dining area adjacent to the kitchen, near the balcony with ocean views.

The two master suites both have king sized beds with memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, and down blankets and pillows. Each suite has its own full private bathroom with travertine floors and walls, modern sink consoles and tall windows to let in plenty of natural light. One bathroom features a relaxing bathtub and shower, while the other has a luxurious rain fall shower. The bedrooms also feature ceiling to floor sliding doors that open to secluded private patios.

This rental home was carefully designed to exceed the expectations of the most discriminate vacationing family and is sure to generate lasting family memories! It is a short walk to very nice beach restaurants and bars that offer open air seating and great happy hour and lunch specials.

In addition to the local amenities within walking distance, we are less than a 5 minute drive to the La Jolla Village which features countless other restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

We also provide adult size beach cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler so you can enjoy the area the way we locals do. For families with small children, we provide a high chair and pak-n-play crib. Upon request we can also provide additional baby items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, bed rails, noise monitor, etc.

In addition, we offer full concierge services. You can order discounted attraction tickets, food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. We can set dinner reservations or tee times for you, and we can help you with planning any other activity or special request you may have.

Two full size state-of-the-art steam washers and dryers are located in the newly remodeled garage. Off street parking for one car is provided, in the driveway. This home has forced air heating but does not have air conditioning.

  We loved the Kai Vista property. The Windansea Beach was stunning. There were many local restaurants that were hidden gems that were walking/bike reading distance from the property. The property itself was lovely and comfortable for a shared travel experience. It was a bonus to have a bathroom in each bedroom and the view was lovely. I would stay here again in a minute. The garage was full of all the beach supplies one could need and the decor was modern and attractive. The patio was a perfect place to sit and listen to sounds of the ocean. I went running each morning along the stretch of beach and through the neighborhood and felt perfectly safe and comfortable. Great waves for surfing and boogie boarding as well.

  Great vacation rental

  Our family had a great stay at Kai Vista. The unit was newly remodeled - very nice and very clean. Slept our family of 6 (including 2 teenagers and 2 children) comfortably with 2 king beds and a futon. The place might be a little cramped for 6 adults, but was fine for our family. The unit had a well-equipped kitchen and we cooked dinner in several nights. There is a grocery a few minutes drive away.
  
  The location is great...a block from the beach and a perfect view of the surfers off Windansea (they are usually out from sun-up to sun-down) from the balcony. The beach itself is very scenic with a mix of rock and smaller open areas of sandy beach, but it is less ideal for swimming especially for smaller kids when the surf is high. However, LaJolla Shores Beach, which is a wide sandy beach and a bit calmer surf, is only a short drive away. Location is also ideal with respect to proximity to San Diego. We made several trips downtown for a Padres game, zoo, Sea World, etc., and it was only a 20-25 min drive each time.
  
  The neighborhood is quiet - there are people out and about, and light traffic at times with people vying for parking spots to go to Winansea Beach, but we never had a problem with noise or other disruptions day or night.
  
  Check-in and check-out was very smooth with no issues. I was very pleased with the reservation process and follow-up provided leading up to and during the stay. Since we had no issues or problems with the property, we did not need to contact the rental company for any service during our stay.
  
  Overall very satisfied with the unit, location, amenities, and service provided. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

  Exceeded our expectations

  We had a wonderful stay at Kai Vista in La Jolla. The accomodation exceeded our expectations in every way.
  
  The place is very nicely decorated, and the interior and appliances were upscale.
  
  The house was very clean and nice. We had our groceries delivered prior to our arrival, and that was great.
  
  We have a 10-month old and a 6-year old, and the use of the jogging stroller, beach toys and other baby items for our children worked out nicely.
  
  We look forward to staying here again.
  
  We got to the beach house after 2 weeks of intense partying and travel around la and Vegas, and this was just what we needed, a great clean tidy place that had a home feel to it, everything you need is there, we were able to walk to the beach the shops enjoy the sites and come back to a place with all the comforts you need TV great furniture clean comfortable beds.
  
  We stayed at Salt Water in February of 2010 with our two young boys (ages 3 and almost 5). The house was great and works well for a family (i.e., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plenty of space for everyone, laundry room, nice kitchen, Tv's with DVD players, etc.). Our boys really liked the rooms with two bunk beds. The inner court year with BBQ was also nice.
  The house is well located near the La Jolla Shores beach and other local beaches. It is short driving distances to grocery stores like Whole Foods.
  We would definitely stay at Salt Water again in the future.
