I have rented multiple times in San Diego but this was the loveliest and most trouble-free rental. Pacific Sands contacts, Nichole and Peter, attended to every detail before I arrived which made it simple to move in and enjoy fully. The space is updated, clean, quiet, and a perfect retreat for two people. I appreciated the extra touches, like being able to choose from a few sharp knives, filtered water pitcher in the frig ready to go, organized, drawers with contents labeled on the edge and things like paper towels, soap and tissues provided, which is not consistently the case when you rent. Thank you all and to our lovely hosts for sharing their home with my husband and I. We will definitely be back. (I really don't want to post this cause I want it to be available when I want to come back!)

The condo was fabulous - awesome location, extremely clean, well decorated and modern. The ocean view was beautiful and we loved sitting out on the spacious balcony, listening to the waves crash and watching the surfers and the sunsets. Highly recommended.

We really liked this small apartment. The location is ideal (3 minutes from the nice Windansea beach) and the view from the small terrace is fantastic. The apartment is very comfortable for a couple without children. We appreciated Ruth's assistance (the owner) during our stay. We know La Jolla and like the village atmosphere, shopping opportunities and nice restaurants on Prospect Street.

Condo was situated within 2 minutes walk of Windansea beach in a quiet neighborhood. It was about 20 minutes walk into La Jolla town center. The condo was very clean and well appointed with all the essentials. Owner had also provided bikes, beach toys and chairs which were great. View of the ocean from the balcony (over the rooftops) and great place to watch the sunset in the evening, even better is to walk down to the beach and watch the fishermen and the surfers. Sofa bed was very comfortable and was nice to have the air conditioning. Owner was very responsive to issue with shedding towels and remedied situation with replacements within a couple of hours. Parking is adequate although a little narrow. We had a Camry which fit okay but anything wider would be difficult. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.

Great location! Very quiet neighborhood. Condo exceeded our expectations in every sense. It felt like home away from home. Too many very thoughtfully taken care of details to mention in this review. Owner greeted us at check-in. Welcome booklet contains very usefull information regarding local activities. Definitely recommend to everyone. We plan on coming back.

This apartment is perfectly located in the nicest beach community in the San Diego area. Compared to similar past rentals, this one seemed a little pricey, but after being there, it is easy to see why. The location is just perfect, and the apartment has everything you need. We stayed at a less expensive place in Paris last year, although the location was perfect, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect at this spot. I was very happy with our choice. Besides being perfectly located near the beach, but not on the beach (which really is best--quiet and private), the apartment met my fussy standards of cleanliness, there was an outside shower for rinsing the sand off of your feet, fleece throws for chilly evenings (definitely used those!), sharp knives for real cooking, a nice grill (which we used several times), soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom, and chairs to take to the beach. We loved the neighborhood as well--just lovely--enjoyed running and walking here--a real treat. One of my favorite things about the apartment was being able to open the doors to the balcony and hear the waves crashing on the beach below--we left the doors open all the time (I don't know what kind of price tag you can put on that, but I sure am missing it now!). This was a very good experience--truly a home away from home.

We really enjoyed this condo. Very close to the beach and the condo was very well stocked with everything you will need. We noticed all the fine touches the owners put into the property. Thanks for making our stay so special and yes we would surely stay here again.
