Seaview is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in the main house and the 3rd with a private entrance, which can also be used as a smaller suite allowing everyone to enjoy their own space.

It was great to show up and have our expectations blown away by this place. It had so much character, was in the most beautiful neighborhood and overlooked the water. I would go back to this place in a heart beat.

My husband, daughters, parents and I loved our stay at Seaview! We loved this home and, if it's a good example of other SCVR properties, we would stay at any of them in the future. The staff was quickly responsive, the house was impeccably clean upon arrival, and Heather gave us some great family activity recommendations.
Initially, I was a little nervous about staying in a rental home instead of a hotel or resort for our long awaited San Diego vacation, but I was overwhelmed with what a better experience it was for us than other traditional vacations have been. We had relaxing evenings with cocktails in the comfortable, private, spacious atmosphere after my girls fell asleep during the evenings, the children enjoyed the yard during the times we were preparing our own meals, and the proximity to the beach was perfect.
My husband and I found a couple of great nightlife spots while our folks stayed with the kids, so we had a great mix of perfect family time and rekindled romance.
Our experience puts San Diego at the top of my preferred domestic vacation list! -

this was a great house, and the location was fabulous!!
We had some problems with the fridge though, it wasn't cold and were told that it would take a few days to get to the proper temp. Once they believed that something was actually wrong with the fridge they did come and fix the problem.
Telephone wasn't working for about 2 days, but really wasn't an issue since we had cell phones.
Overall the house was great, nice back yard for the kids to run around.
