This beautiful home is located across the street from the ocean and Calumet Park in the Bird Rock area. Ocean Breeze boasts ocean views from every room which face the ocean.

New Broyhill furniture is featured in Master Bedroom with a California King size bed. The master suite also includes a TV and CD/DVD player. The second bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed which is part of a Mission style bedroom set. And finally the third bedroom has a queen size bed. The sunroom has a brand new queen size sofa couch with Oriental carpet and a lovely view of the sunny outside patio.

The patio has a glass table with six chairs and a gas BBQ,... perfect for summer cook outs. Just beyond the patio is the large grassy enclosed yard with a hammock and room for kids to run free.

The fully furnished kitchen has just been remodeled with teak cabinets and limestone floors. The dining room opens up to the kitchen and living room areas and has a formal dining table that can seat up to 8 people. The large living room has a new leather couch and chair which enable guests to face the ocean view while sitting to watch TV on a large screen. The gas burning fireplace located in the living room is visible from the spacious kitchen and dining area. Both bathrooms have new limestone floors, while the flooring in the rest of the house is hardwood.

The washing machine and dryer are located in garage, along with a ping pong table for tons of fun and entertainment. Within walking distance of the house are nice restaurants, Starbucks, a bakery, a liquor store and more.

We also provide adult size beach cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler so you can enjoy the area the way we locals do. For families with small children, we provide a high chair and pak-n-play crib. Upon request we can also provide additional baby items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, bed rails, noise monitor, etc.

In addition, we offer full concierge services. You can order discounted attraction tickets, food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. We can set dinner reservations or tee times for you, and we can help you with planning any other activity or special request you may have.

  This is the 2nd time we stayed in the house. It definitely needs an island, but my son brings over a folding table which works as a buffet, counter space, etc.
  Well equipped, but some items I felt were missing and should have been there - no cleaning supplies, windex, comet, some laundry detergent. Very short on bedding, if one sheet gets wet there are no spares. Tv had problems which you did try and repair, seemed to be intermittent.

  great place for a family getaway. we had 6 people and the floorplan was really accommodating. the only drawback was that there was no laundry detergent.
