Our family spent a wonderful 2 weeks here in May. We are so thankful that we picked this house over all the others that we considered.
We are a family that appreciates a clean and modern vacation rental and you just never really know until you arrive. Well, we can report that in person, this house was spotless and beautifully maintained (if you only knew how rarely we give that complement or our approval!!) The home looks/feels new and you can tell the renovations were well designed. We found the inside living space to be incredibly bright, airy, and spacious. We were also pleasantly surprised by the amount of comfortable outdoor living space for lounging.
The beach was closer than we expected. It was only a block away with plenty of rocks to climb (our 3 year old son loved the rocks).
We found the owners to be very responsive and delightful to work with throughout the reservation process and our stay. They did a great job of stocking the rental house with everything you might need for an easy family vacation.
We highly recommend this rental!!! -

Our experience renting this vacation home was 5 star across the board. The house was exactly as advertised and more. Clean, modern and spacious. Working with the owners was very easy and they always responded in a timely manner. This was our first time renting a vacation home rather than a hotel and this experience will definitely encourage us to do it again!
Location is excellent. We walked down to the beach every morning and every night. Just minutes from the La Jolla shopping areas and only about 15 minutes from the San Diego attractions and the airport. Thank you for sharing your home with us! -

The house was perfect--modern with all new appliances and just moments to the beach. We spent a week here celebrating my father-in-laws birthday and had a blast. The house is equipped with everything you need. Perfect vacation home--3 bedrooms with insuite bathrooms and luxurious rainforest shower heads. The kitchen is sleek with all the newest and best appliances and all the kitchen gadjets one could ask for. Two wonderful living rooms snd a patio were the perfect places to hang out. The owners were so helpful and gave great recs for places to eat. Thanks for a wonderful week.

My family stayed in this home for our Christmas holiday. It was perfect! It was immaculate and had a lot of space so that we could really spread out. We would stay here again for sure and would highly recommend it.

This place turned out to be the perfect place! First class accomodations in a great neighborhood, and just a few steps to the beach. It had everything we could possibly need when it came to amenities. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable!

I could not have imagined a better place to reconnect with my dearest girlfriends from high school. Our weekend get-away in La Jolla was truly beyond expectations. Our accommodations only made the time together sweeter. I was continually amazed at the care taken, by owners / managers of this property, to ensure that we did not lack in anything in effort to make our experience one of comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment. The closeness to the ocean, and community of La Jolla, made the experience even more perfect; the ability to walk the coastline each morning and into town each day allowed for a sense of freedom. For my girlfriends and me there was no agenda to travel to sights, only an agenda to reconnect and catchup on 37 years of friendship. And that we did! My hope would be future returns this this beautiful property with friends and family as the years ahead unfold. Thank you for being a part of, truly, one of the greatest experiences of my life!

I stayed here with three of my closest high school friends to celebrate our 50th birthday. The home was beautifully decorated and the home was perfect for close friends - lots of personal space and comfortable group areas. I loved that we could walk to great restaurants for breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen was great for cooking meals and we appreciated that the place was stocked with basics, such as laundry and kitchen soap, paper goods, coffee!! etc. The fire place in the living room was a favorite. The tasteful details that the owners provided and it's fantastic location made this home just perfect. We all said that we would return to La Jolla with our families and stay at this home.

If you are looking to "get away from it all", then look no further. My family rented this condo because we were bringing out daughter to her first year of college at USD. My husband was skeptical (size) about a completely renovated condo in La Jolla but when we walked into the place, his jaw dropped to the ground. We felt like we were in a luxury hotel, but at the same time the condo was warm and inviting. You weren't afraid to let your hair down and use it as your own home. This condo is literally just steps from the beach. We took advantage of this and walked down every morning and evening. The great thing was that this condo has an outside shower to wash all the sand off before you step back into the home. I loved the showers, especially the one that has the jacuzzi tub! The only thing you really have to bring is your toiletries because the condo has all the amenities of your own home, even towels. It also has a washer/dryer which came in very handy. Great, top-of-the line appliances and furnishings from floor to ceiling. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and some days, during high tide, we could hear the waves up in the master bedroom. I asked the owner about who had decorated the interior because this is exactly what my family is looking for in our own home. We found out that the decorator is Lorraine Kuehnel with 'Hip and Humble)(Texas). Kudos to her! Fantastic job! I highly recommend this condo!

My husband and I travelled from arizona with our three children, ages 7,12 and 15. When we arrived we were blown away by the amazing location, literally thirty seconds from the best beach in La Jolla, Wind and Sea! When we walked into this newly remodeled townhome we were absolutely eatatic. The home is beautiful, and nicely layed out. The bathrooms are all large and new, with great showers, and finishings. The kitchen, family area is wonderfully appointed, making it easy to feed the family and enjoy one another. Everythinh is brand new, and top of the line. The three bedrooms are all very spacious and have their own lovely, private bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom is fully equipped as well with a beautiful shower. The ceilings are nice and high, giving the house a very open airy feeling. The decor is simple and beautiful and easy to maintain. We walked to the beach several times a day. The area is completely accommodating to kids of all ages... Plenty to do..You can walk or drive to some of the best restaurants in just moments. Your also very close to other beaches, including Mission beach, where took a long bike ride. and the bay where we rented wave runners. The owner, Mitch, is so nice, and very attentive, and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He is exremely easy to communicate with, even though he lives long distance, he was very reachable and easy to contact. We truly had one of the best family vacations ever. The home is elegant and relaxing and easy. As you enter the home coming in from the beach you are able to take a nice warm shower placed near the priate entrance. I would highly reccommend this rental
