Great location away from the more crowded village area but just a short drive if you want to visit. Short walk to lovely beach so for a family couldn't be better.

We enjoyed our experience in La Jolla. The house was certainly adequate for our needs. There were a few annoyances such as a lack of AC or at least ceiling fans. It was a particularly warm week and the house really heated up. In fairness, they provided 2 fans and when one wasn't functioning, the management provided a replacement. Internet wasn't working for the first day and a half but the company did then come out to remedy it. There was some mold in the master bath shower, though I would say the overall cleanliness was very good. We made the reservation kind of last minute and so I found the price of the property for what we got a little steep. All in all though, La Jolla is a great visit and we really enjoyed being so close to the beaches, particularly on such a sunny week.

Had a great holiday in La jolla California. House was in a great location near the beach but it is a bit tired and in need of some upgrading. roof terrace needs a painting. Garden very tatty with old bits of furniture around. Furniture in living room dated and needs upgrading. The absence of TV in the living room meant family viewing had to take place in main bedroom. Would prefer no tv in bedroom and one in the living room instead. Kitchen well equipped. Would benefit from a vacation folder with tips on how appliances are operated, good restaurants to visit etc.

We had a great two weeks at the house in La Jolla, and we could't fault the location. Lovely views from the roof terrace, walking distance from a very scenic beach, as well as the restaurants in Bird Rock and a short drive to the shops & supermarkets in La Jolla. Management responded very promptly to any requests and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things we found a little odd - there is a great big hole (intentional) in the wall halfway up the staircase up to the bedrooms with no safety barrier to stop a little one falling through to land in the lounge! Also there was a TV in each of the bedrooms but not in the lounge. The only gripe was that the house felt like it needed some tlc. It was probably really beautiful 15-20 years ago, but just felt a little tired. And none of the plugs seemed to fit the baths - we had to use the one from the kitchen! There could have been a garden, but it was just weeds and some discarded chairs. But really they are minor gripes - we had a great stay and would recommend to friends

Loved this location 1 mi from La Jolla village and 6 blocks from a beautiful beach. House was very comfortable but furnishings were not high quality and the temperature too cold in the am and night, but it was 45 degrees out. Would definitely rent again if the heat was fixed. Wonderful house, grt location, nice rooms, and kitchen.

We really enjoyed the house as well as our experience with SeaBreeze. The house was in a great location as you could walk down to the beach as well as local restaurants. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our extended stay in La Jolla. The few small requests we had during our stay were addressed immediately by management. We truly felt that our enjoyment of our vacation was priority #1 and we appreciated that very much. Thanks!

The property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, conveniently located to all that wonderful La Jolla has to offer. Easy walk to the beach and right next to a short bike/walking path. On the plus side, the house is light and spacious and the kitchen was generally well-stocked (though oddly there were only two oversized coffee mugs, though the maanagement company promptly brought over two additional new regular-sized mugs when requested). Nice that the property allows pets. On the negative side, the furnishings are getting tired and shabby. Light carpet in stairway and bedrooms shows dirt and stains. Master bath towels had bleach stains. Both bedrooms had televisions, but no TV in the living room was odd because the family couldn't gather together for common viewing. Minor ant problem in master bedroom (again property management company responded quickly with ant traps, though a few ants still seen). Would be nicer if a few small amenties were provided for guest use on arrival, items like bar soap in showers (there were pump bottles at both sinks), a box or two of Kleenex and perhaps a welcome bottle of soda/water/wine in frig.

I would highly recommend this home for a relaxing seaside vacation. The only changes I would make is to add some new pots and pans, especially bigger ones and to have a few more beach chairs.

The house was perfect for our family of five. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach, and location right next to walking/biking path help make this a great place. The rooftop deck really sets this house apart from others. We used it a lot!! On the downside, the toaster was broken (not a huge deal), and there were only two beach chairs available; we figured there would be at least four. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

We arrived to a home that was not cleaned from its previous guests. This was rectified while we went out to dine (impressed with the quick response on a saturday night, not terribly impressed with the level of cleanliness).
Location was great, very private, on La Jolla bike path.
Master bed was small and cheap, linens were cheap, pillows sucked. Kitchen was stocked with "second-hand" dishes & cookware. No matching anything, cheap everything. I understood, but was not impressed. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 7 night stay, no paper towels, dead flies and insects everywhere. Smelled like the carpet needs a deep clean.
Funky Kitchen, in need of minor repairs.
Property manager was very cool and responsive.
We enjoyed the rooftop deck and grill, and the small backyard.
Upgrades to the furniture, beds, linens & towels, as well as the cleaning protocol, and this place would be closer to our expectations.
Thank you for allowing our small dog to stay.
I would recommend placing the wireless router & modem in a room that is not locked off. I had to flip breakers to reset the modem (which kept dropping signal) several times, which I felt was not ideal.
Overall, a pleasant stay.
