Couples in search of beach walks and small families looking for a sunny vacation they'll never forget should both consider this lovely condo. Located just a few steps from the beach, this dog-friendly condo has all the comforts you need, along with easy access to nearby attractions.

This Ocean Beach condo for a couple is right across the street from the warm sands and gentle waves of the Pacific Ocean. Small-town eateries like Hoodad's and BBQ House surround you, with a nearby public park for walking off your filling meal or giving the dog a little exercise. At the same time, far more shops, restaurants, and activities are just a seven-mile drive away in downtown San Diego!

This listing is for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo on the second floor that is ideal for couples and small groups, though it can be rented in conjunction with two other similar homes on the same property for added versatility. The building has a two-bedroom, one-bathroom rental for six to nine guests on the bottom level and a studio rental with room for four to five guests on the upper level. There will be a $40/night pet fee for any pets

This unit is located across from the beach and the town of Ocean Beach so you will have street noise and noise from restaurants, bars and shops nearby. If this does not suit you, please do not rent this location.

This home is located adjacent to 2 other units so we ask our guests to respect those other guests and keep the noise level down to a minimum. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.

Laundry facilities will be located at the OB Hotel across the street. You have access to their coin laundry facilities.
