Just half a block to beautiful Windansea Beach, this 1528sq ft town home has all the luxuries of home.
2 bedrooms featuring 2 master suites, both with queen size beds.
There is an office downstairs that has a full size air mattress available with bedding for guest use.
WiFi, full cable, land line telephone and three plasma screen Tv’s keep you intouch all the time.
A single car garage is attached to the house along with a washer and dryer in a laundry room off the gourmet kitchen. There is forced air throughout for added warmth in winter months.

Top of the Village is in a great place, right in downtown La Jolla. We were worried that it would be loud because of the pizza place downstairs, but that didn't end up being a problem at all. The master bed was very comfy and having a private bathroom was perfect for a little added privacy. Everything was very clean. The house's only drawback is that there's no aC. It was 86 degrees when we got to San Diego and it was incredibly hot our first night. After we aired out the apartment and turned on fans etc, it was much more pleasant, although we did end up leaving the windows open for our whole stay and there were no screens.

This is a good spot for people who are night owls or like the night life of restaurants and bars. It is on a main street of La Jolla and right above a pizza place. Once the beer house closed, we thought things would be quiet, but large trucks delivered to the businessess through the very late night and early morning hours. Employees cleaning up and throwing out the trash made a lot of noise into early morning hours as well. Apartment itself is nice - very comfortable bed and updated kitchen and baths, although very dirty carpet. It was a very hot weekend and there is no air conditioning and no screens on the openable windows, so flies coming in from the outside restaurant dumpsters was an issue. We very much appreciated the acceptance of our dog.

This apartment is ideal for being in the heart of La Jolla. Shops, tons of cool places to eat and drink, coffee shops,and Vons for groceries. Walking distance to the ocean and the park where you can watch spectacular sunsets/sunrises and feel the calmness of life.
All the amenities of home at your fingertips within the apartment. Missed air conditioning since it happened to be very hot during our stay. A portable fan was available and there were ceiling fans in rooms.
We came down for an adult soccer tournament and decided to get away from hotels. Wow! This was fantastic and we had a great time. Perfect 5 days in a prime location!!
