Come delight in this great duplex which the owner has taken great care to create a beautiful beach refuge for you to relax and recharge. Ideally located in a 2-unit building just 2 blocks from the famous Windansea Beach in La Jolla, this classic gem of a beach home is a quick walk to the beach to swim, surf, sunbathe, and explore the tide pools.

You can also walk to the village of La Jolla in 10 minutes where you can enjoy world-class local restaurants and great shopping. Experience La Jolla like the locals do in a quiet residential street of quaint homes and beach cottages.

Enter the locked gate and find yourself in a cozy tropically landscaped private front yard with a table for 6 and an outdoor barbeque, making it a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a leisurely lunch or dinner after a day at the beach or visiting nearby attractions.

Open the front door and find yourself in a great room surrounded by an upbeat beach décor with white, turquoise, grey and brown color scheme and seashore themed accents. The feeling of this home will lift your spirits and make you glad it is your temporary home away from home.

In the living room you will find a comfy sectional and a large flat screen TV with cable making it easy to relax, unwind and enjoy.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with breakfast bar that seats 3 in the kitchen so the chef can enjoy everyone without missing a beat.

The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, ample closet space, flat screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

Just outside the master bedroom you will find a large deck equipped with an outside sectional. Enjoy the sea breeze in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin “CordaRoy” bean bag that converts into a twin bed. This is a perfect place to curl up and read a book or take a nap.

This home has off-street street parking in a 2 car garage, Wi-Fi and cable, and a washer and dryer.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
