Detached 2 bed villa, with shared pool, well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your holiday, only 5 mins walk to nearest shops, restaurants and bars. The beautiful natural beach of La Marina is only a 5 minute drive away. Alicante airport is only a 20 minute drive and the airport at Murcia is approx 40 minutes away.
We are well placed to get to go many interesting places, the beautiful town of Guardamar is only 5 minutes away, the city of Elche is approx 10 minutes, there are several golf courses close by.

The villa is only a 20 minute drive from Alicante Airport.
A great location close to all amenities, there are 2 beaches within a 5 minute drive, La Marina beach with the natural dunes and long beach, and Guardamar with the lovely prom to walk along, at both beaches the parking is free.
There are many beautiful places within a short drive to visit, such as the typical Spanish villages of Rojales and Dolores, the well known Torrivieja is only 15 minutes away.
The villa is in a safe neighbourhood, with shops, restaurants and bars only a short walk away.
There is a gated drive way at the villa to park your car, and also on road parking.

This was the first time we rented a place in Spain for two months in the winter and we could not have been happier.
We had a very nice contact with Christina and Paul right from the bgeinning. So we have to thank the owner of the villa for the communication and help everytime. We could send an email if we had problems and always received an answer very soon. Thank you for this unique cooperation.
We found a lovely and clean house with all equipment we needed and the pool was very nice. The location of the villa is in a very quiet area with very friendly neighbours. There are many shops, restaurants and bars nearby. It was a perfect location to start to trips or excursions or to drive the ten minutes to the beach. The internet and the German TV programme was set up. We liked it to have breakfast in the morning on the sunny front terrace. Later in the day we enjoyed the sun on the terrace.
We definitely will recommend this villa to our friends and family and also will be looking to go back again ourselves soon. -

Very nice house, everything is clean, comfortable, pool in front of the home. Good neighbors. Easily found the house.

Nice, comfortable, well furnished property in a quiet area and a minute from shops, restaurants and bars etc. Kids were in the pool all week with plenty of sun loungers around the great pool area. I recommend hiring a car as beaches and larger towns a few minutes drive but easily accessible. Highly Recomended. See you next year.

First of all the communication with the owner went smooth. When I arrived I also realised none of the pictures or description were exagerated. For me it was a perfect location to start my biking trips. It's so near to the see, yet you are 1 kilometer away from true rural Spain. The internet and TV was also set up. I felt safe to leave the house during the day because of the neighboorhood that seems to know everyone around and would notice if something suspicious happened.

We found Christina to be very helpful and professional, extremely good directions, easy to find. Lovely peaceful area, with friendly neighbours. We had a wonderful winter holiday from Dezember up to January. The swimming pool is directly behind the villa and beach is within 5 minutess to drive, great supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We visited some beautiful places and arrived back to a warm air conditioned room!! Clean and everything you need, Including laundry ! We hope to visit again soon. Thank you very much.
