Villa Caya is a nineteenth century Canarian house situated in La Orotava on a beautiful farm of approx. 18,000 m2.
The house is surrounded by gardens and orchards and has a wonderful view of the Orotava Valley, the sea and the Teide.
In the common areas are the swimming pool, barbecue area and washing machine. Parking. No smoking indoors.
The house is divided into 2 completely independent houses:
CAYA-A is on the top floor of the house and consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom and a terrace with a wonderful view.
