The home was great and very conveniently located for our needs. We had two other families who were staying in this same complex, so it was really fun to be in such a small area together. All had our own space, but the kids were able to hang out together all day. All they did was ride bikes and swim in the pool.
The space in the condo was great. Lots of room to make dinner for a group and the patios allowed us to spread out.
In the evenings, we could all ride our bikes into Old LaQuinta for dinner or just over to the LaQuinta resort.
Great runs from the villas. The Bear Creek trail is very close and made for a nice run.
Favorite thing was convenience of hanging out with our friends, but not all having to be in one home. The condo had everything we needed and Vons is close for your grocery runs.
Least favorite thing was having to pick up the keys at Psra. That's a long haul into Palm Springs and kind of a pain. Especially when our friends did not have to do the same. -

We loved the villa where we stayed. The bed was very comfortable, the condo very functional. We also loved the weather, the beautiful scenery, and choice of restaurants in the area. We had the perfect location and plan to return with friends next year.

The property was perfect, clean, well appointed, well maintained, great ameneties.The one thing i would upgrade is the entertainment products, flat screen tv's , i pod etc.

We loved it!!! We took a 9-day vacation away from the cold weather to enjoy
the perfect weather of the Palm Springs area. The Legacy Villa La Quinta
Resort was everything we could have hoped for. Our villa met all of our
expectations and more. It was so comfortable with all the amenities of home.
The owner of the property was kind, courteous and very easy to work with.
Will we return? Absolutely!
