First season to rent; excellent condition, extra space, great location and A GREAT SPECIAL DEAL (see rates below). King Size in both BR, or guest room may also be two twin beds! Den Sleeper with great new flat screen TV. Ensuite Master with private patio, large guest/hall bath with oversize shower. LR, DR, Eat-in Kitchen with relaxing lake views; pool/jacquzzi is steps out the front or patio door.
Gated Community, enter at Palmer Private - Home of the Humana Challenge at PGA West (previously Bob Hope Chrysler Classic). Close to shopping and Old Town La Quinta. Beautiful mountain views and easy access to walking/hiking trails.

Security Deposit of 25% is due at confirmation of dates; balance of 75% is due 45 days before arrival date. In the event of cancellation, initial deposit will only be refunded if unit is successfully rented for 100% of dates confirmed. Refundable Damage Deposit of $500; upon exit inspection, check will be mailed to departing guest.
