Presented by LUXE Vacation Homes. Welcome to Casa Santa Rosa, your home away from home in the desert. With its prime location on Avenue 52 in La Quinta, you’ll find yourself close to everything you want to do while in the beautiful Palm Springs area.

Indoors: Warm, decadent Spanish style decor, beckon you from the moment you step through the door. Monte Carlo marble greets your feet as you make your way into the formal dining room. A gleam hits your eye; you glance upward to take in the stunning crystal chandelier in the formal dining room. Featuring table seating for 8, a beautiful built in walnut and wrought iron wine rack and slidi...ng glass doors with views of the gorgeous outdoors.

As you work your way to the gourmet kitchen; with its soaring vaulted ceilings, you’ll feel you haven’t left the expansive desert skies. Stainless steel GE Profile appliances, impressive cabinetry, slab granite, all your kitchen necessities and table seating for 4 complete the picture.

The living area is absolute comfort. Kick back on the giant, plush sectional and take in a DVD on the 50 inch flat screen from our in-house collection. Another fabulous dimming chandelier and gas fireplace round out this popular room.

Outdoors: Lush palms and vibrant flowers flood your senses as you step into the never-ending beauty of your private desert playground. The saltwater pool and spa feature a luxurious tanning shelf and water features. Outdoor living at Casa Santa Rosa also features umbrellas, 8 sun loungers, cushioned love-seat, coffee table, side tables, 2 cushioned chairs with ottoman and a separate outdoor dining area with seating for 6. Fire up your dinner with our top of the line Weber Gas BBQ with side burners. Get your steaks sizzling up to 700 degrees!

As evening approaches, take your drink of choice up to the Sky Deck, and bask in the glorious desert sunset over the Santa Rosa Mountains. This unique area features a love-seat, 2 chairs, coffee table, sink and mini fridge.

Bedrooms: Sumptuous bedrooms are what you will find at the end of a relaxing day at Casa Santa Rosa. All 4 of our suites feature King beds with high end mattresses, exceptional bedding and wall mounted flat screen TVs. The Casita also includes a mini-fridge and separate entrance. The luxurious Master Suite has a private backyard entrance, 47” flat-screen & DVD, sitting area with gas fireplace, marble shower and a luxurious Jacuzzi Tub complete with a flat-screen TV.

Bed and Sleeping Summary: 4 Kings, 3 Queen Airbeds. Sleeps 10.

Other Amenities: Fully-equipped laundry room, ironing board and iron, free local and national long distance calling, and super-fast wireless internet.

  Overall my girlfriends and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay! The house was beautiful and clean. My only complaint would be the thousands of black widows and spiders inside and out. We nearly stepped and walked through several webs upon our arrival. My suggestion would be to have the house sprayed or have someone hose everything off before guests come.

  We recently stayed at Casa Santa Rosa in LaQuinta. The family was celebrating my mother's 80th birthday. The home was beautiful and very spacious. Everyone enjoyed their time in Palm Springs. We began to realize on the third day the pool wasn't really that warm but a phone call to the property manager solved that problem. The pool people arrived and fix the heat and more of us went swimming and relaxed around the pool. The home was located in a beautiful gated community which allowed us to feel safe to take evening walks around the neighbourhood. The property was conveniently located close to all types of shopping centres. We had a wonderful birthday celebration at Casa Santa Rosa in La Quinta.

  First, the home is very clean. The condition of the property is very good. The interior furnishings are nice for a rental. Washer/dryer nice, kitchen appliances nice. Quiet, clean neighborhood. The big drawback for me was the distance. This property is very far from Palm Desert.... 20 minutes to Indian Wells tennis stadium. But beyond that was the fact that the pool was outright cold, unusable. The jacuzzi only warmed to 95 degrees, unuasble as well--especially for the colder weather days. The property manager did not resolve the problem (reported it 3 days into a 7 day stay)and basically wanted me to deal with the pool guy. I did not have time for that. I am on vacation for a reason. I also did not like that the owner keeps too many personal belongings in kitchen....alcohol, food, copius amounts of dishes for a family of 50. There is not a single open cabinet to put my food items away. The air conditioning units are located right off the master bedroom and are VERY loud when they go off. I imagaine they would wake almost anyone sleeping in that room. I ending up turning air off so the room would be quiet. For the price I paid I would have preferred to stay closer into town and have a pool/spa that was heated properly.
