The sofabed is in the great room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Italia. We have stayed in the La Quinta and Indio area several times in the past few years, and the properties through Desert Luxury Vacations have always met our high expectations. The house quiet, clean, well maintained and had everything necessary to make our stay easy and carefree.

  We were very pleased with the house and the overall experience. We own rental property in Sea Pines (Hilton Head)so we have high expectations and Villa Italia exceeded our expectations. We had our Adult Children and 4 Grand Children aged 4,6,8,11 so we enjoyed being in the Casita. Once we get clarification on "winter break" dates for our family (probably in September) we will contact you about renting Villa Italia for another great vacation in 2013. The weather is more predictable in February in Palm springs over Hilton Head.

  What a great house! Us Canucks came down for a golf tourney and needed a place not only to house us players, but for a gathering place for all who came to play. Everyone who visited commented on the house, so open, warm and had everything we needed!!! A very welcomed stay! We will be back!!

  This house was perfect for a family with small children. The pool had plenty of sun and shade and a lot of shallow ledges for the kids to walk on. The house was beautiful.
