Great place, perfectly situated on the PGa West golf course in a gated neighborhood. Every accessory you would need in a house is there (kitchenware, laundry, TV/internet). Awesome salt water pool and jacuzzi. Great people managing the house and east to work with and communicate with. Will be back again!

Oklahoma CityParadise. We can't wait to come back!

We just had the time of our lives! A group of my close girlfriends from different parts of the country, convened in this desert paradise for Coachella (the worlds best music festival). This home was exactly what we were looking for. It was extremely clean, spacious, with unbelievable views, and had all the amenities that we needed to make for a perfect stay. The neighborhood was really quiet and laid-back. As one of 7 women (over 40), I do not recommend this property to anyone/group that may have an issue with being loud, or who might be looking to party excessively. This is not the place for that. The only thing holding this experience back from an excellent review, was a little issue with the air conditioning in the casita. During the 90+ degree days, it was really hot in there and we had to sleep with a fan on at night. Considering the well-maintained condition of the home, I am sure this will be taken care of for future renters.

los angelesLovely stay in the Desert
Left on 01/10/2013 for a stay in December 2012
My husband, son and I recently stayed at this lovely house in PGa West. Though the weather was a bit cool for swimming, the pool was beautiful and the Spa was wonderful! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable (always important) and it was so quiet and restful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and recommend this property to all.

santa barbara, caAbsolutely Beautiful and Perfectly appointed!
Left on 05/01/2012 for a stay in April 2012
Our group of 8 adults had an amazing stay. We did a lot of cooking/ entertaining by the pool and had everything we needed at our fingertips. The saltwater pool/spa looking over the golf course to the mountains kept us from some of our other activities, but no complaints here! Working out the details with Dry Heat Resorts was a breeze. We'll be back next year!

Left on 01/04/2012 for a stay in December 2011
The house is right on the golf course with the mountains in the near distance. Pool and spa were well maintained and there were plenty of lounge chairs.
The gate was a little awkward- had to drive through entire complex upon entering, a key card would have saved us a ton of time.
We would stay there again. -

Great location, comfortable lodging, nice kitchen, spacious home, nice pool and spa. Only complaint - the Wi-Fi is horrible. Literally slower than dial up - so if you come here needing to be connected, bring your wireless card.

Huntington BeachNice House - Dirty Yard/Pool
Left on 07/27/2011 for a stay in July 2011
The house is nice with good ammenities. The pool had not been cleaned and the front and back yards with dirty. Patio furniture and tables had not been hosed off. The Bathroom outlets did not work. Figured out that they were tied into a GFI on the Bar that needed to be reset.

Woodridge, ILfantastic view
Left on 05/23/2011 for a stay in May 2011
Service and check-in was the best we've seen to date. All was explained and there were no questions once we took over. The home was comfortable but a bit overpriced for the size. The location was great and the view was the best feature of all looking west toward the mountains. The pool and outside seating were also great. One note, every door in the house needs to be replaced. They are all old and almost non functioning. The vertical blinds are also a nuisance and should be replaced with something else. Lots of windows good but they need to be washed more often. Overall experience was good. Ken Felsher was very easy to work with. We would stay again if price was reduced.

Our vacation unit was situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We even heard the coyotes howl at night.
