Thank you Ed and Su Fei, your property was as described and more! We had a wonderful 12 days there and we could not have asked for anything else.
The kitchen was very well appointed and the laundry made life easy for a family of 4 keeping up on washing.
From entering the house from the cute blue gate we thought we had found our piece of paradise.
Everything worked, nothing missing, damaged or broken. The pool was a little too cold to swim in, but the spa was a winner, many a night with a glass of vino were spent in there looking up at the stars.
The villa was just 2 miles from La Quinta Old Town, where there are boutique shops, restaurants and 2 supermarkets.
Thank you again Ed and Su Fei, cant wait to return when next in La Quinta.

This accommodation had all the amenities that we would need. We travel to Palm Springs annually for golf in the La Quinta area and, thus, the location was superb. Enjoying the hot tub after 36 holes was a highlight especially given the privacy afforded by the walls surrounding the home.

Left on 11/25/2012 for a stay in November 2012
This house was great for our stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the main restaurants and highways in town. The house itself was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our needs. We wanted a place to relax as well as be able to entertain our friends and family (including a few toddlers) I would definitely stay here again our next trip to the desert!

A great setup with plenty of space, privacy and amenities. We had a great time and have already begun plans to stay in September. Ed is an excellent host and very helpful. Plenty of restaurants, stores and golf a few minutes from the house.

I just recently stayed at this property with a few of my girlfriends and we had an amazing time! The house was really nice- exactly like the pictures. It is in a good area, close to the main streets (supermarkets, restaurants), but far enough away that you feel a little more secluded/peaceful. I would definitely love to come back next year!

Fircrest, WAGreat place for a guys golf get-away!
Left on 05/14/2012 for a stay in May 2012
We have a regular group that comes to the Palm Springs area each year in late april or early May for golf. The house we stayed at for the last several years was no longer available so we took our chances with an internet search. We feel that we struck gold with this place. The price was right, the location was perfect and the house itself could not have fit our needs any better. Ed was easy to deal with and the rental contract and process was painless. I highly recommend this location and expect we will be back next year.

We had a great stay in La Quinta at Ed and Su Fei's beautiful home. They welcomed us with fresh flowers and a very clean home. We used the home as a base for a wedding weekend with family and it could not have been better. The weather, activities around La Quinta, and great Mexican food made for a perfect weekend. We hope to be back soon!

I'm completely impressed with these renters. The place was perfectly laid out. Detailed effectively. Maintained Perfectly. Perfect house for 6+. Front yard pool was clean, and Spa was beautifully warm after 30 mins of heating.
Everything worked. Huge fan of diligent home maintanence, and this place was spot on.
Stay here again for sure. Ceiling Fans, A/C, Dishwasher, Olive Oil, Chili Flakes... All the little things that make renting worth it.
La Quinta is gorgeous.

We stayed in this rental over Easter weekend this year. What a great space. Very clean, great amenities and a great place all around. We can't wait to go back. The only thing lacking were the channels available for TV other than that everything was great.

Left on 04/07/2012 for a stay in March 2012
We travelled to Palm Springs for a family wedding and wanted something closer to home than the typical hotel for such a special occasion.
This rental quickly became our home for the week. We were so excited as we opened the gate and saw the great condition of the yard and pool.
The house is outfitted to really be your home away from home. It felt like all of the furniture was up to date as well every little thing is thought of(Books, movies, portable stereo). Coffee available upon arrival( nice to not have to run to the grocery store right away). Their was plentiful amounts of linnens and staying for the week also found use in the laundry facilities.
We did host a family BBQ with 12 people while in Palm Springs and it was an amazing event. Both french doors fully open to the patio/pool area and we were able to create a magical california family bbq.
The house has ample room for 6 and up to 8 with the office. Being 2 adult couples we especially appreciated the master suite at one end and the other bedrooms at the other. This offered a great level of privacy as we were sharing the home with my father/mother in-law.
We used the hot tub often, as the pool is not heated on the warmer days we dipped in to cool off.
Also worth great mention was Ed's communication. The pool had been soiled from a storm the night before. He had the pool guy come a day early and clean it up for us. Also any questions we had he quickly replied and ensured our satisfaction. The instruction booklet was precise and we got our deposit back the week we arrived home.
The location is away from Downtown palm springs but within a 20 min drive we were walking around soaking up the great resturaunts. For golfers especially this house would be great close to a number of courses.
The greatest sadness we had was leaving and have since told many friends and family how wonderful of a vacation this was. We really felt this was our home in Palm Springs which really made the trip for us. -

Why family wanted to go away for a winter retreat and we defanitly had a blast. This house was in such a great neighborhood and the owners were so wOndetful to work with. There were walking trails right around the corner, shopping right down the street, and sunshine next to the beautiful pool in the back yard amazing vacation. The accommodations in the house were wonderful slept enough people very comfortably and we just felt at home instead of visitors. I would totally refer this house to everyone I know looking for a place to stay in La Quinta.

Sylmar, CAMost comfortable home away from home.
Left on 01/17/2012 for a stay in January 2012
Thank you so very much Su Fei and Ed. It was absolutely the most wonderful experience to be able to stay in your comfortable home away from home. Your home was so well equipped that we did not even feel like we have left ours.
It was the most beautiful view during the day as well as at night. We were able to see the mountains so clearly all round us and they were literally 3 blocks away. My son (4 years old), my wife and I were able to comfortable walk up the trail in the morning and still be home within minutes. We enjoyed the country clubs, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping centers. And the best part of it all is that they were all just within 10 to 20 minutes drive.
We love your home because it was so close to so many activities that can be enjoyed by a 4 years old; hiking, Zoo (The Living Desert), cable car rides, Museum (Children's Discovery Museum), Healthy organic pizza (Zpizza, thank you for the coupon), etc. And during the night, there are nothing better to do than to relax and to soak in your wonderfully heated pool and jacuzzi.
Thanks to you, we would never have to think twice when booking for our next vacation. You have made our stay so easy and comfortable that we would love to recommend your place to all our friends and families. Once again, thank you.

We had a great time staying at La Quinta Retreat. The house is very clean and comfortable. Good size bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is quiet and very close to hiking trails. We basically walked from the house to the end of the street and could see multiple hiking trails from there. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to go back again.
