This all new 5 bedroom, 4 bath luxury vacation retreat is located behind the prestigious gates of The Orchard. It is less than 2 miles to the Empire Polo Field (walking distance for some), which hosts many special events such as the Coachella Music Festival, Stagecoach, and Phish Festival.
NOTE: This home is in a quiet neighborhood, and there is ZERO tolerance for parties, excessive noise, or over-occupancy of the property. Minimum rental age for Coachella is 30, maximum of 15 guests and 6 cars are permitted. Quiet hours from 10PM-7AM will be strictly enforced via patrol. The one thing that I would ask the owners to get would be some additional pots and pans. It was very meager with cooking supplies. I cook (breakfast) for all of these guys and there was 1 old pan. Not many cooking utensils either. If you went to Bath/Bed/Beyond or one of those stores and spent 100.00, it would really make this a wonderful rental.

We just stayed at this property from 6/25 - 6/27/10. This was the 1st time I've used Palm Springs Rental agency and it was very convenient. There were 15 of us - 10 adults and 5 kids from 5 years old to 12 years old. The house was beautiful. All the photos on their site were very accurate and didn't do the house justice. The kitchen had top of the line Jenn-Air appliances, the rooms were all clean and beautifully maintained, the master was huge with a huge walk in closet, they had a WII gaming console in the main room and the casita was a nice plus. The aC worked perfectly ( the day we got there it was 110), the pool was just the right temp and the jacuzzi was great at night. There were plenty of towels and linens. All we had to bring was food to eat. They supplied everything else. Flat screen tv's in every room was a big plus and everyone agreed that it was definitely worth every cent we paid. I would toally recommend this property to anyone thinking of renting it. The rental agency were very accomodating. They made it very easy to check in and out. I would definitely recommend using them.

We rented this house with 3 other couples for a birthday/Super Bowl celebration. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and very well maintained. The great room is spacious and all 8 of us fit comfortably. The kitchen had everything a good cook would want. We had a dinner party with 2 more couples, and the 12 of us fit at the large dining table. The master bedroom is HUGE. The other bedrooms are average size. There are 4 baths so we didn't need to share. The home has a very large backyard with a gorgeous pool and spa, BBQ, outdoor living room and dining area.
The location was perfect for us, but if you want to walk to shopping and restaurants, this is not the place for you. You must drive, but everything (golf, spas, restaurants, market, etc.) is very close by.
A few minor downsides... The putting green wasn't maintained, so we couldn't use it. The beds were too soft and the pillows were too hard for us.
We loved almost everything about the house, and what we didn't like was minor. I would highly recommend this home to anyone considering renting it!

Service was fair. Lots of enthusiasm on the rental side but not so happy to respond to problems while in the unit. House has a good layout and a great pool and spa. Home needs some work to update broken and old appliances. Overall, well stocked with soaps and cleaning products. Location is in a gated community. Short drive to grocery, etc. Our family of ten had a great stay and we were comfortable.
