Our beautiful home offers the very best of what's available in luxury country club, golf course, desert living at PGA West. PGA West is a spectacular, master planned Country Club community with six world class championship golf courses. PGA WEST has earned its title as 'The Western Home of Golf in America'® by hosting many important tournaments, including the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic (now the Humana Challenge), the PGA Tour, Senior PGA Tour, LPGA, and NCAA. One of the most famous shots in golf history occurred at the TPC® Stadium Golf® Course, when Lee Trevino made a hole-in-on...e at number 17, 'Alcatraz,' during the 1988 Skins Game.

Our home has everything that families or couples could want. It has a gorgeous master bedroom suite with King Bed, high definition flat screen TV, separate tub and shower, sitting room, and private patio. The attached 'casita' style second bedroom is also a bedroom suite with another King Bed, refridgerator, full bath and a separate entrance (though attached to the main house for easy access to everything the home has to offer and socializing). The third bedroom features a deluxe twin bed and twin trundle (perfect for kids or teenagers), built in desk and cabinets, closet, and is directly across the hall from another full bath.

The house also features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, wet bar, dining room that seats 8 comfortably, living room with fireplace, large flat screen TV, cable, DVR, DVD, CD, and other entertainment amenities such as an iPod dock. There is also a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, sink, and storage. Large two car garage and attached golf cart garage (enjoy our golf cart, too!), plenty of storage.

Enjoy our gorgeous entertainer's back yard, with pebble tec pool and spa, built in gas barbecue, lounge chairs, outdoor patio tables and chairs, umbrellas, palms, mountain views, etc! We are directly on the 2nd fairway of the Palmer Private and you can literally walk right out onto the fairway.

Great home for two couples to enjoy, or families. We have had homes in PGA West since 2005 and we can honestly say that this area and our home are a little slice of heaven for those who enjoy the desert, golf, tennis, swimming, and nature. The fact that we also have world class shopping, great restaurants, casinos, and all forms of entertainment, makes ours a truly great destination home. Contact us early for availability.
